Great house and location

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is well stocked with necessities. It is a nice lot with lots of outdoor seating. The homeowners were easy and pleasant to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. Cherry M.

Great VRBO

Very clean and super home in Corte Bella. Kevin and his wife were very responsive and the neighbors were excellent. Would recommend this place for future rentals.

Very Pleased

The house was clean, comfortable and well decorated. Corte Bella is a great community. I like to walk everyday and the community was perfect. Denise and Kevin were great host and very personable. Quick to resolve the one issue I had. Thank you Denise and Kevin!!

An oasis experience

We truly enjoyed the serenity of Corte Bella, with its amenities, light traffic, and friendly neighborhoods. Our host/owners were very helpful and always available for answering questions. This home had all the furnishings and supplies we needed; it was clean and well-maintained, tastefully decorated and spacious. If it were possible, this would be our annual winter getaway!

Beautiful sunrises!

Convenient location near the back gated entrance with beautiful sunrises. Owner was responsive when softener needed attention and patio had not been cleaned. We found the office furniture arrangement in the den to easily accommodate two people. Laundry facilities were wonderful, and the wine cooler was an added bonus.

Awesome Property

We loved staying at this property. Kevin & Denise are awesome! We had 2 minor issues. The cable box went out and the toilets needed minor repair. I contacted them and both repairs were done in 2 days. They were very responsive when we needed them to be there. The home is beautiful, inside and out. We were so thankful to have such a beautiful place to stay until our home was ready to move into. The instructions were all clear and we never had any issues when we checked in late at night. Anyone looking for a home like this, should look no further! Corte Bella is a beautiful property and the home is perfect! Thank you again Keith & Denise! We loved our stay in your home! House is set up perfect

Very easy process to rent and home has more than you need for a great stay. Location has access to all services and recreation. The owners were great.

Very comfortable, quiet, and clean.

We spent two months at this home. Mr Horne was very responsive to any problems we had, though none of them were biggies. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful patio and back yard.

Wonderful retreat

This lovely southwestern style house had everything you need to feel at home in beautiful sunny Arizona! Located in Sun City West, a gated 55+ community with beautiful golf facilities, fitness center and swimming pool. The neighbors were friendly and even invited my father for a few rounds of golf. We will we back!
