Nice house for an extended stay

The furniture and beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the screened-in patio. The kitchen is not currently well stocked for people who like to cook, the TV is not great, and lighting could be better. Our local host was pleasant to work with and very responsive.

An oasis in the desert valley

Very clean, very comfy, quiet and roomy. We were here to visit relatives and it was great to have a nice place to stay.

Great location and quiet neighborhood

Enjoyed the stay. We spent a few days here and it was a great choice. Plenty of room and even had a spot for us to use as a private office for WFH needs.

A very spacious and clean home in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. We traveled with dogs, who were also very comfortable. But note the years is not fenced in. No problem, we just kept them on leashes. Would totally stay here again.

Spring Training Getaway

Home was comfortable with a nice screened-in porch in a quiet neighborhood. The dryer wasn’t working well while we were there, but I believe it was replaced the day we checked out.

Large rooms and a remodeled kitchen in a quiet neighborhood. Nice neighbors. Somewhat older furnishings. Convenient location close to shopping and restaurants. Home was well supplied with the kitchen, laundry and bath essentials which are needed for a short stay.

House was fine for our stay. Could use a good deep cleaning, especially the enclosed patio. Would also recommend brighter lighting. Had a few issues but the property manager was prompt in response and took care of issues right away. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and dining.

No communication !!!!!

The property was very nice but the communication with the host was absolutely horrible!! I tried by email, phone, and text. Now I’m 50 miles and realized I forgot something there but there’s no use contacting the owner because she has not responded to any of the 3 messages I have left through various means. The house is nice but dark. Things are in place so that you can’t even open some of the blinds. It was very stuffy and once again had I been able to get in touch with someone who would answer, we could’ve figured out how to cool it down, have more lighting, and enjoy ourselves more. This was extremely frustrating. I’m very bummed that I left something and won’t be able to arrange for pickup.

From the owner: "We were disappointed to hear about your unsatisfactory experience at Quail Ranch Way. The property management team reached out to address your concerns about lost items and the home temperature, but they have not received a response from you.To help investigate further, we would appreciate it if you could provide screenshots of any calls you made so we can understand where the communication may have broken down. We have reviewed the energy records, which show the AC unit ran for extended periods during your stay to maintain a comfortable temperature. The homes in this area are designed with plantation shutters to help keep them cool in the hot summers, which may have contributed to the slightly darker environment.Unfortunately, we were unable to locate any of the items you believe you left behind. We would be happy to return them if we are able to find them.Overall, our goal is to ensure every guest enjoys their stay at Quail Ranch Way. We strive to respond promptly to guest inquiries."
