Appears nice and clean, is the exact opposite
The property itself looks like a construction site. Not only is there trash everywhere around the property, there is broken glass, bricks and garbage everywhere around. The house is apparently used for parties, as the walls are in desolate state, floors have holes in them, there are cigarette burns in the sofas. The house was not properly cleaned, we were genuinely concerned seeing the hygiene, as the floors were dirty and the sheets unwashed. The upper terrace door could not even be closed, and we were worried that it would fall on us anyone someone walked past. The furniture was destroyed, glass fence cracked, the AC looked moldy and you can smell fecal matter in the kitchen cupboard. When we confronted the owner, she said that she will send someone to fix it, which never happened and refused to refund us even when we offered to leave right away. Do not be mistaken, this is not a villa, but a building with more apartments, and if you want to cross the border to Croatia after 10 in the morning, you will wait at least an hour. Very disappointed by the house, absolutely not worth the money, hopefully no one gets tricked into doing what we did. The view is nice, and the owner did send us our things that we forgot there, but we are never coming back again.
