Comfortable condo in great location

We stayed in this unit for six nights for a five-person family ski vacation. The layout, with the primary bedroom on second floor and other two bedrooms on third floor, allowed for people to spread out and have their own space. The condo was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. We appreciated having shuttle bus stop close by, which allowed for easy access to both Deer Valley and Park City ski resorts. Easy to walk from unit to Main Street. We also enjoyed having storage closet in garage where we could put ski equipment. Best of all was communication with the owner, Jennifer. From time of booking to questions during our stay, she consistently messaged me back within an hour and was responsive to whatever we needed. For example, when we couldn't find the large coffee maker, she ordered one online to be delivered the next morning. Thank you Jennifer and Brian for a wonderful stay.

Ski Vacation

Proximity to DV ski resort was ideal. Condo has 3 floors and several steps making carrying luggage upstairs a challenge. Unit was well-equipped. Hot tub was nice amenity after day of skiing.

Beautiful Spot to Enjoy PC Winter

Great place

Jennifer was very easy to work with and fast to respond. Home was clean And in a great location. Super close to DV and Main Street and quick drive to PC mountain. If you’re there in the winter make sure to have a 4 wheel drive car to make it up the snowy steep street.

Ski & snowmobile trip

Family stayed at this unit and friends stayed across the street. Nice close walk to main st for dinners. And nice short walk to bus stop for skiing. Especially enjoyed the hot tub outside after a day of skiing. Thanks!!!

Fantastic stay

This condo is perfect for families. Great location with easy access to Main Street and Park City base. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and comfortable for a family with kids. The host was also very polite and did more than expected in making sure our stay went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Great Condo in Park City

This was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. It is conveniently located near historic downtown Park City and has easy access to the free public bus transportation. The condo was clean and spacious and the hosts communicated clearly and quickly about everything. They answered a lot of questions for us regarding recommendations for skiing and dining. They were great about everything and I would definitely come back. We really enjoyed our stay in Park City!

Wonderful Holiday Stay in Deer Valley

Property is as described, clean and great location. Easy to hop on bus at nearby stop to ski resorts and only a short walk to Main St. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent

We had a great stay in this condo. The location is great, a short drive to Park City and Deer Valley bases, and you can actually walk to Main Street in about 10 minutes. The kitchen has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. And hot tub is right outside the back door. Great to have a garage space when heaving snow came in. The owner is very responsive and the check in and out couldn't have been easier. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great location

We had a great time skiing and enjoying park city. Walking distance made for great location. We were 3 couples and it suited us perfectly. Hot tub was great after a day on the slopes.

Exactly what we were looking for

I had a group of 6. We were skiing at Park City and wanted to be close to the town to use the town lift and to go out to dinner. This place was absolutely perfect for us! It was within walking distance of town. The house was very comfortable and the hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. Would highly recommend this place and hope to come back one day.

Great location and home

Very close to skiing and restaurants in town with the shuttle. Great common area to dine and hang out as a group. Beds were very comfy. We had a small issue with check in, but Jennifer helped very quickly and communicated well throughout the process.

Great Location and comfortable beds

We really enjoyed the location(very close to Main Street and park city ski resort). The Condo has great amenities including kitchen (lots of pots, pans, and spices) and living. The beds were very comfortable!! A good workout walking upstairs to the third level where 2 of 3bedrooms are located. 3rd bedroom was on second level (easy climb). Communication with the owners was very good. Really nice overall experience.

Great location, needs more space for 3 couples

Great location. Living, dining and kitchen are small for 3 adult couples. The master bedroom has it's own bathroom, on the 2nd level, but the two other bedrooms share a bath on the 3rd level. The private locker in the garage is convenient, but has an overhead leak, which soaked two car seats. Unfortunately, we didn't discover this until we needed to leave for the airport.

WONDERFUL STAY!!!!

I had a great stay visiting this fantastic condo! I came with a group of friends for Sundance and this experience exceeded my expectations! The condo was very clean. SUPER close to Main Street - which was great. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and was kind enough to let us check out bags early and late to accommodate our flights. A lovely mountain stay!

This is a lovely condo so convenient downtown Park City. It is just out of the fray, so it was quiet at night. The shuttle system makes it easy to get anywhere, but the underground garage is nice if you have a car. The hot tub is precisely one step outside on the patio.

Great location, responsive owner!

We thoroughly enjoyed our ski trip and stay in this condo. The location is perfectly situated between Deer Valley and Park City. As a family with ages ranging from 2 to 62, the condo met our needs. Wonderful Place for Families

For the 2nd year in a row, our family spent a wonderful ski vacation at this terrific condo. Plenty of space for everyone and private hot tub. Clean and comfortable and close to ski resorts and downtown. Owners were great to work with and would highly recommend!

Perfect Spot for Sundance!

We had a fabulous stay during the Sundance film festival. Easy walk to Main Street and a relaxing and functional place to pop by in between screenings. Convenient and comfortable. Jennifer was an outstanding host and allowed us to have flexible check in / check out which was a life-saver with our crazy schedules for the festival. 5 stars!!

After years of visiting Park City, we decided to purchase in what we think is the perfect location: on the FREE bus route (to ski resorts and beyond) AND walking distance to Main Street Park City. We absolutely love to ski Deer Valley & PCMR, but after spending time this summer, we appreciate the local saying, "come for the winter and stay for the summer."
