This home is managed by Marilyn Marks, owner, innkeeper and manager of Shorecrest Bed and Breakfast and Property Management. We pride ourselves on maintaining our properties to the same standard as you would expect from a top rated Bed and Breakfast such The Shorecrest. Although we can't serve breakfast to our renters, you can expect to receive the same concierge services, including maps, guides and exclusive discount cards to over 40 local businesses, including wineries and restaurants, as we provide to our BnB guests. We are located close by in Southold if you need help or information planning your stay. We at Shorecrest choose the properties we represent carefully and are delighted to add this charming home to our small portfolio of managed properties. It's location is exceptional, being at the end of a dead end street just steps from the beach. The setting is beautiful with a large garden backing on to farmland and the interior beautifully decorated in modern yet unique country style with many comfortable touches.

This house can very comfortably accommodate 7 people, with two rooms with queen beds and one bedroom with three single beds. The location on a quiet safe street makes it ideal for a family with children and the large garden and patio with outdoor furniture and grill is terrific for entertaining al fresco. Last but not least, steps leading down to the Long Island Sound and water are so close, it is like having your own private beach and it is within walking distance of the Konta Kosta winery, and although a bit further, the charming village of Greenport with all it has to offer.
