StayOvr changed room from a 1 bedroom to a studio. They promised a refund of the difference. I have not seen it. On 3 occassions they asked me to photograph my license and send a self photo for ID. I did that 3 times. The last time, I am in Dallas traffic on my way when they wanted another photo ID. They give you no check-in info until photo is received. The kitchen sink was plugged. I tried to clear it by running the garbage disposal. Garbage disposal did not work. If StayOvr is how I have to use VRBO, I will never again use VRBO.

Will Stay Again!

May I suggest, you send your future guests a message the night before check-out. Also, please if you change their reservation location, please inform them the night before as well. I was informed of the changed locations, One hour before check-in. I had plans for being in that area before hand, my transportation had to be re-directed. I’ve used several vacation rentals many times, this has never happened before. On a positive note, your vacation rental was a Wonderful experience, I would rent again and highly recommend! It very clean, organized, kept in great condition, comfortable bed, not same pictures on the website, but still a lovely place. Equipped with all working appliances, TVs, A/C, doors and supplied with enough toilet paper and two bottles of water in the refrigerator. The location was perfect, lots of parking, high end shops, mini grocery store and plenty of eateries all within walking distance. One suggestion, please supply more than One face towel. I know it was only one person staying there. But I like to have a fresh towel each day, preferrable two face towels per day. But I understand most placed do not supply, only when I stay in a hotel am I able to have this supplied. I bring my own extra face towel. You did have 3 large bath towels, which was great. I did shower 3 times. One hand towel was sufficient. I hope this post will help other potential guests. Thank you for allowing me to stay in your lovely rental.

Awesome place to stay

Horrible conditions for check in. Had to get into the room before you could park? Parking in the area is impossible if on the weekend. Simply impossible. Once in the room and you have access to the parking garage it is smooth sailing. But if not familiar to the area and have a good plan of attack be prepared for frustration
