The apartment was well suited for our stay, close to trains & trams, restaurants and pubs. Amenities at the property were high end. Great size, comfortable beds and plenty of storage. A well organised kitchen, only negative was the fridge was not working and we were given a bar fridge to replace a French style massive fridge. Managers didn’t seem to think that it was a problem even though they had 10 days from letting us know the problem to solve it. (I believe more could have been done to fix this problem). Upon arrival I was emailed the wrong location of the key lock. It took 45 minutes from our arrival to actually gain access to apartment. Once the swipe cards etc were located, we accessed car park, brought all our luggage upstairs, to find that the swipe card would not open the door. Another long 45 minutes on the phone we finally managed to gain access. Didn’t really receive much empathy from the staff on the phone. Customer service needs vast improvement. We continued to have problems with the door alarm going off all week. Having said this negative stuff, I would like to say if we had not encountered these issues the place was perfect. Another suggestion would be to have a second set of keys in case we wanted to leave the Apartment separately.
