Don’t expect a bougie, star rated, hotel experience. Very home like. Clean enough to be healthy and comfortable. Very local area not a tourist spot. The neighborhood is full of normal Ensenada life and culture, shops and food places. The owners share the kitchen with guests but we never crossed paths except on arrival and departure. Hubby speaks English, wife understands if you speak slowly. Both very nice. Not far from most attractions. Would stay there again.

Aunque es agradable no me gustó que el propietario entrara cada rato sin tocar la puerta, así como que no haya espacio para colocar nuestra ropa en los closets. Me sentí muy insegura.

Privacy

I was told that it would be private, I don’t call Private Not being able to lock front door, Until I was the She told me they were fixing their kitchen So she might have to come in to our kitchen area to get anything for themselves,cuz that’s where everything was from them,After we had come from a day out, we found both of them in kitchen/dining room area, How is that private? We decided to pack and leave one day early, Wich I’m thinking about asking for a partial refund.

We love it!

We loved our stay at Humberto and Laura’s home. They were very attentive and immediately made us feel At home and very, very comfortable. Ñ Not only we had an amazing place to stay, but we also felt that we were in a safe environment. They welcomed us with open arms. Their fur baby (Bochito) was one of the highlights. We love, love Bochito. We will definately go back and will love to stay and see them all soon!

Great place!

It was great staying here and meeting Humberto and his family. Humberto spent a lot of time with me during the week showing me Ensenada and going out of his way to help me. Highly recommend staying here. Thank you!

It wasn’t what you said it was

The room was upstairs and didn’t have a key the owners where also there. No tv in the room had to ask the owners for everything no privacy, had to ask for everything. There’s no exit door you had to leave to the garage door every time we asked for a room downstairs that was vacant and we didn’t get it. It wasn’t that clean as well. And they said we also couldn’t have the lights on when we left for their bill. There wasn’t anywhere to put your things, we only stayed because we were already there and didn’t want to have to go back. The bathroom also didn’t have a door.

Extremely nice people

Extremely nice people! Humberto speaks perfect english! Unfortunately we only were able to stay 1 night out of our 4 booked due to a family emergency back home, my own fault for not purchasing the additional travel insurance that would have gotten us our refund in the event of an emergency. Never could have seen it coming, guess that's exactly why you should purchase it! Ensenada from what we seen was gorgeous! We will be returning!

I'm Humberto and my wife is Laura O. She grew up in this property which includes a two bedrooms house in front of the spacious lot, a garden in between the other four bedroom house at the rear, where we have the independent master bedroom for five or six people that has all the independent services

Since we have this four bedrooms house, three restrooms , two gardens and all our three kids are grown up . we thought and decided that it'd be a good idea to rent what we have available , so here we are trying to make it happen ..!

The house is located in a very quiet zone close to the hot spots in the city, it's about 7 minutes away from the beach , 45 minutes away from The Valle the Guadalupe where all the wineries and super gourmet restaurants can be found , 40 minutes away from La Bufadora (Blowhole) 15 minutes away from the shipyard , half block away from one of the main venues and so on ...!
