Two bedroom condominium available for rent. King’s Creek Resort is just five miles from Colonial Williamsburg and all the historic village has to offer. The resort is convenient to the highway, shopping and sightseeing. The unit has a spacious, fully outfitted kitchen and a large dining area. The living room has a comfortable pull out queen size sofa bed and a gas fireplace. A private deck or patio extends living space to the outdoors. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms; the master bedroom has a whirlpool tub. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet and bureau space for an extended stay. For your convenience, the unit has a washer and dryer as well.

King’s Creek is an exceptionally well maintained quiet resort with a playground, mini golf, tennis and basketball courts, fitness club, two outdoor and one gigantic indoor pool. There are scheduled activities and a game room as well.

Great location for Busch Gardens and Water Country

Water country is literally a shout away. We could hear the music from it! (Not annoying). The resort is nice. Pool seemed nice. It is a bit run down. E.g., playground needed attention, interiors were aging. But, the master king bed was enormous. The size of the unit was excellent. The kitchen was fine. The resort had an activity list. When we checked in we were pressed to attend a time share presentation where we would get $75 and a buffet meal. Didn’t appreciate that. No pickleball court. That surprised me since there were 2 tennis courts. That kinda shows it’s datedness. Pool had a hot tub. That seemed nice. Convenient to Target:Kohl’s and not too far from Colonial Williamsburg. Would recommend. Great value for the price.

Convenient Location

Condo is very convenient for all attractions, although it is very sparsely equipped, it has the bare essentials knives, forks etc. but no mixing bowls, so if you want to eat in there is not much equipment. Check in was OK but watch out for the heavy timeshare sell. The concierge was good though and we got good rates at 2 golf courses. When we arrived there were no shower curtains fitted or tea towels in the kitchen, but when we phoned the front desk they delivered them promptly. All in All a good place to stay and if you have kids it looks like Kings Creek has lots of activities especially with water country USA next door and Busch Gardens close.

Super Clean, Spacious and Great Location

Our stay at Kings Creek Resort in Williamsburg was great. The property was 2 levels with 2 bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, fireplace, full kitchen and plenty of room for everyone. The cottage was spotless. The parking was directly in front of the cottage. Robert quickly answered questions and was very helpful providing information. I highly recommend booking a rental from Robert.
