We loved our stay at this property! Very convenient location . The only thing was mosquitoes in the surroundings. It's natural so make sure you have enough insect repellant.

Cute condo very well kept. Close to all restaurants and shops. To many steps for me have bad knees and mosquitos were bad.But over all we enjoyed are stay.

Nice Condo but a few disapointments

I arrived late, long after business hours, did not have any checking instructions, called the number without an answer so I used the online communication agent who informed me they had not been given any instructions/codes for my booking. During that conversation I did receive a call back and was given a code to get in and was told I was sent instructions however I’ve yet to find that email…Beware tho once you exit your vehicle you will be attacked by Texas Size mosquitos and they will follow you all the way inside, I couldn’t get in and close the door quick enuff, some managed to get inside, even at the pool, we were attacked by mosquitoes while in the water… very annoying and irritating. Had family 2 blocks over and no mosquito problem there. When I booked my trip some amenities listed were washer/dryer, grill, shower&tub combo, and view of ocean…. All of which were not found once I arrived. Few disappointments but The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Location was in walking distance of many shops,

Great location

Love the location of the property. So easy to walk to all of the restaurants and shops. Easy drive to the beach as well.

Convenient and pet friendly

Nice complex with pool and green space to walk the dogs. Tons of mosquitos though with the 2 ponds on the property. Easy walk to restaurants and short drive to beach. Having a garage to park cars in a big plus. Nice amount of space plus outside deck with fan. On 2nd floor, so have to carry luggage up stairs. Property managers very responsive. Overall, a nice property and stay.

3rd time and counting!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd time to stay here at this condo. We love the location! The condo is spacious and meets all of our needs and we LOVE the garage. Our daughter and granddaughter come with us and we have a wonderful time. Same with our pups!! Everything is always clean and we will be back!!

Summer vacay

We love this location and being able to utilize the garage to secure our vehicles at night. It’s quiet and everyone is very friendly. The pool definitely needed some attention but we let the property mgmt team know and they advised the HOA takes care of the pool and they would let them know asap. The listing states two queen size beds, however, I am not sure they are queen size…more full size, which was okay just not what we were prepared for. Overall it was a great stay and vacation!

Almost perfect

This was a great rental unit however only one of the three tvs worked which wasn’t too bad since we didn’t stay there to watch rv. However there were a few cockroaches that we found on the last day.

2nd time at this property

We like this property so we came for a second time. The shower curtain in the back bedroom is way too short so I had to mop up water after every shower. Other than that everything was great!! We love the garage and we do get a work out going up and down the stairs. Especially when unloading and loading. We will probably be back!!!

Annual trip to Port Aransas

Good location. Nice to have a garage to park car and golf cart. Close to grocery, gas and restaurants. Short drive to the beach.

Never Again

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying here for the past five or so years but won’t stay here again. Upon arrival we were given one key. I told them we needed two keys and was told no, sorry. After missing my first fishing trip because my daughter needed the key they texted me to say they found one they could give me. The place is also looking run down, ironing board but no iron, bathroom sinks not draining properly and filling with water. Time to find a new place to stay!

Port A First Stay. No place for a foodie.

Quiet, roomy condo with a clean pool. We arrived at the end of the off season and had a relaxing stay. A word of warning. Do NOT go to Port A expecting seafood, as we did. We ate at three top rated restaurants and the food was not fresh and one placed served imitation crab. Seriously bad food. Thank God for DQ and Whataburger. We won't be back.

Almost Five Stars

Location is great, property is great! The Condo needs some maintenance, the A/C almost never reach the back bedroom. The rest of the house stayed nice and cool, the back bedroom never was cool. Ceiling Fan on the front deck was broken, would have been nice to have it working during the evening. The Kitchen had ants on the counter, they only showed up after we made coffee the first morning during our stay. The pool could have been cleaned as well, and the canopy was missing the covers some of the pool. All the above aside, this is a great place to stay. The property management company just needs make/complete some repairs.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Casa Loco for 4 days. It is a decent house with all you need for family. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen has a good stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. The house was pretty clean and everything were working without any issues. The laundry is in the garage on the first floor which is very uncomfortable. The only thing that we do not like is smell. It was very stinky when we came in and I had to use almost whole bottle of air freshener to make it smell better. I think smell comes from moisture and when house is not occupied for sometime it starts smelling bad. We did not have much neighbors but some of them had party all night and very loud. We could not use pool because it was small and always busy with other people. I can imagine if all properties around have tenants. It would be very uncomfortable and loud if you come for the quiet family vocation.

Appreciated the two master bedrooms, comfortable beds. Did not notice in photos the full flight of stairs to access the property & patio/deck is not private.
