Very comfortable and a great location

The unit was very comfortable with lots of space in a very quiet neighborhood. Loved the fact it was only a short walk to old town which we visited many times during our stay.

Robert is an excellent host. His communication is awesome and he was great texting to make sure we were all set. The place has everything you would need and a great location!

Good Location

The unit is in a vibrant area of Scottsdale. Easy walking distance to many attractions (e.g. Spring Training baseball). Older building with the usual older building plumbing and such. Rent here if you want to have a great time in Old Scottsdale.

Location was super The little things were lacking. Touchup painting/nail holes filling could be done. Some flooring could be updated to done and still keep it mid-century. Upgrades to towels,etc. Pool was not heated. We did enjoy overselves anyway.

Great stay

Our stay at Park Paradise was exactly what we thought it would be, great accommodation and perfectly located. Host Rob was close by and very attentive to our needs. For a good time in Scottsdale try it out!

Great location, but...

The pictures and reviews about this property raised my expectations but my wife & I were definitely disappointed. I'll list a few of the things that took away from our stay here: -The floors have bubbles in them and were dirty -There was a gross smell was attempted to be covered by air fresheners in nearly every outlet. -Bathroom sink in master bedroom doesn't have hot water or drain properly -We had night after night of being able to hear the neighbors have sex, snore, and argue. Not the property owner's fault, but definitely affected our rest. -Wallpaper in the bathroom in areas was peeling off and gross -Dishwasher was full of someone else's dishes when we got there -Window blinds were functional but the one above the kitchen sink was broken and falling apart -The property ground themselves were poorly maintained. Dirt and trash in the parking lot. On the positive side you can walk to Old Town in a few minutes and the area felt generally safe. Would not recommend.

Great location to Old Town, quiet neighborhood and host very attentive.

Stayed 5 nights with friends. Great location to Old Town and restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Covered parking was a perk. Condo looks the same as pictures. Fun, retro look and essential kitchen items. Plenty of supplies such as paper towels, TP, paper plates, etc. host was quick to respond to questions. Offered restaurant suggestions. Not quite as clean as hoped. A small bag of trash left near tv and bathrooms could have been cleaner. May be time to replace bathroom rugs. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. Enjoyed our stay and loved the location and quick response from host.

Great location

This condo is within walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale and all the great dining. The condo is spacious and has its own parking space, which is a bonus. Rob is a great host and quick to respond.

Great Location

This unit is ideally located near Old Scottsdale and other points of interest. Rob, the property manager, was attentive and responsive to a couple of issues and that always provides "comfort" when renting private accommodation. Rob was also great at providing information and recommendations nonlocal spots.

Condo near Old Scottsdale

Conveniently located within walking distance to Old Scottsdale, drug stores, and markets as well as the greater Phoenix area. Clean condo with updated appliances, access to pool, and laundry facilities....having a dedicated carport parking space was much appreciated , especially when returning at night. Rob was very responsive and pleasant to any questions we had.

Overall, a good rental unit

Pros: Clean, bright and lots of storage space. Convenient location. Quiet — no traffic noise. Beds comfy. Kitchen appliances, TV, internet work well. Lots of onstreet parking, in addition to the covered parking spot. Owner is responsive, helpful and respectful. Room for Improvement: A few more kitchen tools would be appreciated by renters who cook a lot. A good reading lamp would be useful in the LR area. The bathrooms are somewhat dated.

Good spot in Scottsdale

Nice place. Was not smack dab in the heart of old town but definitely close and a really good location. We could walk to everything. The house was nice and the beds were semi comfortable. It would have been nice to have some ice in the freezer and pool towels to take to the pool. Other than that it was great. Rob was easy to work with and quick response time. Thanks for our stay!

Great place to stay!

The condo is really nice, clean newly renovated. Adorable retro style inside and outside. Very clean proper and great pool. It was also very quiet. Perfect location and very convenient to everything. Master bath could be a little more updated, lighting a little dark in there. Would love a tv in the bedroom, all of the furniture was very nice and new. Master bed could use more comfortable pillows and would love the sheets and bedding to be upscaled a bit. Had a bit of an issue getting my security deposit back but the issue was resolved. All in all I would recommend the condo. The price per night for the unit was excellent in my opinion.
