Great Stay!

Would definitely stay here again. Greenday staff are excellent, greeted us when we arrived and were so helpful. Condo was exactly like it showed in pictures. It was so well stocked with everything we needed: Laundry soap, shampoo, conditioner etc and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans and dishes. That made it easy to cook a few meals here. The tennis and pickleball facilities are amazing. Greenday Vacation Rentals were so good, would totally use them again!

Great Location - Quiet and Peaceful

Perfect condo for a desert escape. Pleasant views of tennis courts and green belts. This rental includes everything that you need for your vacation and the internet/wifi was very fast which made remote work effortless. Greenday Vacation Rentals made the entire process from reservation to check-in to checkout seamless and stress-free. I highly recommended Greenday for your next Rancho Mirage vacation rental.

Pleasant, comfortable and like home

We very much enjoyed our stay at Las Palmas. It was a very comfortable home stocked with everything we needed. The grounds are stunning and enticed us into daily walks to take in the astounding views. Stephen, Ryan and Daniel took wonderful care of us. Highly recommended.

Simply the best!

Everything about our experience was best in class! From the thoughtful and detailed communication before our arrival from Greenday-to the well equipped kitchen and beautiful towels. Beautiful apartment, serene location

The apartment exceeded our expectations with design, comfort, amenities, and decor. Check in and out was super easy on a tablet. Furniture is really stylish and comfortable, important for staying indoors during peak heat. Lighting is beautiful and elegant. Kitchen has everything you need, including paper towels, plastic baggies and every utensile and appliance you could imagine. (All we needed were Keurig capsules.). There’s also a new gas barbecue outside. The only thing that confused me is the kitchen sink...you have to wave your hand underneath the gooseneck spout to activate it. Bathroom is HUGE, with to separate sinks and enormous walk-in shower, plus tons of closet storage. Bed also very comfortable, a large California King size. If you want to watch TV, there’s a Roku box with everything you want, but does require you to log into your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account. WiFi has fine coverage and good download speed. Parking is enclosed and covered so your car doesn’t bake and is secure. Outdoor patio has shade afternoons and evenings to sit outside with a drink. It was fun listening to tennis players across the street. There are two pools nearby including hot tubs; just walk across the lawn from the dining room door. We visited it’s our golden retriever, Bryant, who also loved the place. It was easy to walk him around the tennis courts and down quiet streets, although there’s little shade during the afternoon. Despite being 10 miles from downtown Palm Springs, it’s a very easy 15 minute drive with plenty of parking, but this location is car dependent for everything. Also close to Palm Desert shops, and a nice Gelsons groceries nearby. Overall, a lovely unit, far nicer than any other place we’ve stayed in the area previously. If you seek a quiet, serene refuge this is a great place.

The Calm in the Middle of the Storm

My wife and I stayed at this property during COVID-19 and the horrible experience of our first home purchase. Our lives felt like the walls were closing in quickly until we found this rental home. Upon arrival to this beautiful gated community, we were greeted at the front door with face masks and hand sanitizer. You could just feel that the place was clean and safe. Throughout our stay, we interacted with the responsive property management company to address any questions and issues that came up. They were so responsive and flexible to accommodating our need to stay longer because of our escrow situation. This was by far the BEST rental property I have stayed at in Palm Dessert thus far. I will be returning for future stays through Greenday!

Tennis Lovers Dream

The staff at Green Day Property Rentals were very helpful and welcoming. They responded to queries quickly and always did their best to answer questions and resolve problems. The Mission Hills property is spacious, quiet and very well appointed. The bedroom includes a large comfy king size bed with lots of storage . The kitchen has everything for cooking beyond the basics and new appliances including fridge , dishwasher and barbecue. The villa is located on Forest Hills Drive across from pickle ball and tennis courts. The villa being called “Tennis Lovers Dream” is misleading b/c if you are renting from VRBO you are not allowed to use the courts. We were directed to the Westin Mission Hills hotel as they have courts available to the public which probably means there is a fee involved.

Exceeds Expectations

We have stayed at three Greenday properties in the past three years and Tennis Lover's Dream was the best. The house was perfect for us. We have a garage to park in and it was a very short walk to the pool. Matt met us at the house and showed us how everything worked. Also Greenday answered my emails very quickly when I had a question. We will definitely stay with Greenday again.

Wonderful place!

Completely met our expectations. My only complaint would be it is advertised as a tennis lovers dream and renters are not allowed to use the courts. We are not tennis players so it didn’t matter. The unit was great value and we’ve already booked a similar one for next year.

We loved the property.

Everything met our expectations. The unit could use a place to hang a jacket when you come in the main door. Also the unit is advertised as a tennis lovers dream but as a renter you are not allowed to use the courts. We aren't tennis players so it didn't matter to us. All and all a great place!

Another great stay at a Greenday Property.

We had previously booked with Dan and Greenday last year so we knew that they set the bar high for vacation rentals. That's why we booked again with Greenday in Mission Hills. It's such a nice area. The outside is very well cared for. We really enjoyed the fresh grapefruit and lemons from the trees right next to the villa. Matthew met us at the door when we arrived and gave us a 'tour' around the suite. We liked having the garage but for this villa, its a little walk to the house when your arms are full of groceries. But we knew that in advance. We enjoyed a light lunch one day over at The Sports Club. The trees and flowers around the neighborhood were all so beautiful. We'll look up Greenday again on our next visit to Palm Springs.

Loved the condo.

The location of the condo was excellent for everything we needed. It was supplied with all of the essential needs that you don't want to buy for a few day stay (tin foil, cello wrap etc.) It was stocked with everyday spices for cooking. The condo was very spacious for two people but 4 people could stay there quite easily. It was very clean. I would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful

The entire place is beautiful inside and outside!

The property had excellent and spacious accommodations. We were surprised to find the kitchen cabinets filled with little necessities like spices, popcorn, paper plates etc. also, the fridge had little unexpected goodies too. The lovely bouquet of fresh roses lasted the entire week. And, the king size bed was the most comfortable we had ever slept in a rental!!!! We know anyone would love this Tennis Lover's Dream House.....so close to the courts!!!!!

A well presented villa in the heart of Palm Springs

We have just arrived back in the UK after our first holiday in Palm Springs. The villa is sited within a sporting complex and well presented, well equipped, clean and functions well for a family of 4. The surrounding area including the pool was well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for a relaxing break.

Our first visit to Palm Springs

We have just returned back to the UK after our first visit to Palm Springs. We stopped at a well presented, equipped villa that was very functional with most appliances one would expect to use whilst on holiday. The surrounding area to the villa which included the use of a swimming pool was well maintained and very tidy. We had a great time and the villa played its part in this.
