Immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, in the Chianti area, in a small valley 3 km from San Casciano in Val di Pesa, Casale LA FORNACE consists of three apartments:

- "La Villetta" of 100 square meters, 4 adults + 2 children
- "La Grande" of 160 m2, 6 adults
- "La Loggia" of 100 m2, 2 adults + 2 children

Each with its own driveway entrance and private garden.

Our property is 15 km from Florence, 30 km from San Gimignano, 50 km from Siena, 80 km from Pisa, 80 km from Lucca.


The property has a small olive grove and a 70 square meter swimming pool, to be shared with other guests.

"La Grande" is one of three apartments, about 160 square meters, completely renovated and well furnished, located on the first floor (plus attic). Even being part of a larger complex, it has an independent entrance and garden.
It has three large bedrooms for 6 people:: 1 double bed (160x190cm) in the first room, two single beds (90x190cm) in the second room and 1 double bed (140x190cm) in the third room located in the attic. It is completed by a large modern kitchen, with a large dining table, all appliances, and two bathrooms (1 bathroom, with double sink and tub and 1 with shower and washing machine). Lounge with comfortable seats and large screen TV. Unlimited WI-FI internet connection.
The garden in front of the entrance is reserved for guests, with barbecue, gazebo with table and chairs, sun loungers and parking.
The swimming pool is available to guests with deck chairs and umbrella (open from 1st June to 30th September).
