Mountain Modern Family Home Vail and Beaver Creek

Our four bedroom and four bathroom home is located on the first hole of the Eagle-Vail golf course. The large primary suite with huge walk-in closet, and beautiful bathroom has mountain and golf course views. The large kitchen and two dining room spaces is perfect for entertaining the whole family. There are two 70 inch HDTV s in two separate family rooms with Premium Comcast, and wifi internet.
The giant private master suite off the main room has Mountain View’s overlooking the golf course. There is an additional King sized guest bedroom with on suite bath. The third Queen sized bedroom shares a bathroom with the bunk room. The bunk room sleeps 5 kids comfortably with 3 full sized and 2 twin sized beds.
This home is one of a kind ,updated, and in prime location. Summers are incredible!!

Fantastic Property In the Perfect Location

Great house, right on the golf course. Plenty of room for everyone and the property is in fantastic shape - it shows even better in person than what the pictures do. It's a 5 min drive to Avon and Beaver Creek, and about 10 mins to Vail. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Conveniently Located

The house is conveniently located between Vail and Beavercreek 10 minutes from Vail and 5 minutes from Beavercreek. The house was perfect for my family of eight. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook breakfast or dinner. I rented a van which made it easier to travel to Beavercreek for skiing and I did valet and also parked in the parking garage. There’s lots of shopping in Beavercreek and lots of restaurants. We did not ski Vail this trip but did go in for shopping and for dinner and there’s lots to do there as well. I highly recommend staying in this location due to the convenience of being between both Vail and Beavercreek. If I travel back to this area I will definitely rent this home again. The owner was very responsive and the home was very nice and clean.

Great Family home centrally located to all the fabulous activities around Beaver Creek & Vail

We stayed here in August with 5 adults & 3 young children. It was a great set-up for both adults and the kids. The play structure in the back won't work for children above 10 years, but there is a park a short walk down into the neighborhood. There is a "man cave" area downstairs, a kitchen loaded with all you need to cook except your groceries, and a walk-in closet stocked with toys where the 6 year old and 3 year old loved to play. An upper deck and a patio outside the downstairs queen bedroom are also quite nice to enjoy the views, and in summer, the cool breezes, not to mention the night sky. Nicole was very quick to respond to our questions and any concerns. The neighborhood is quiet & very lovely. If you golf, the course looks like it's fabulous, but I'm not sure if that is open to the public.

Beautiful house. Great location

The house was everything we expected and then some more. The golf course was covered with snow which was great for he kids. Location few minutes from ski site and Avon could not be better. Overall from contacting Nicole to the actual house get 5 stars!! Highly recommend.

We are a family of 4 and we will in Denver, CO. We try our best to visit Vail a few times a month but we haven't been able to get up there as much as we'd like because our kids are still quite young, 1 and 3. My husband was on Vail Ski Patrol for 10 years and we are avid skiers. Winters are typically the most desirable time to visit while being so close to Vail and Beaver Creek Resorts, but summers are our favorite with hiking and golf in your backyard.
I would like to advertise our home as family friendly, we have a crib, toys, and highchair available.
We are very clean and organized and always keep our home impeccable. We ask that the home be treated with respect and we are happy to be available to answer any questions you may have.
