Farmhouse stay

This property worked well for all 12 of us. There were fresh flowers welcoming us upon our arrival! This is truly a farmhouse and has all the charms of one. It was our home base for a couple days while we explored the national parks. The host had different amenities at the house that came in handy. The place was clean and when i had a simple question, the host was quick to answer.

Family wedding

Our group met in California for a family wedding. This VRBO was perfect place to stay, relax, and enjoy a long weekend together. It was close to the wedding venue and other activities. Our host was available if we had any questions and even had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. A beautiful farmhouse with a view which we enjoyed on the deck. Even took a couple walks.

Beautiful farmhouse!!

Our stay was more than expected. Clean and relaxing. The view from the porch was amazing. Loved seeing the cows and rabbits. The whole family had a great time.

Great Place in Nature

We had a nice stay in the country, only 7 miles from the archery shoot we come here for. We would love to be back next year.

Wonderful time in the country

The location was perfect. Away from the city and the hustle and bustle of traffic besides the multitude of cars on Highway 41. which wasn’t a problem. The rustic charm and the eclectic decoration was just what we were looking for.

Visiting Yosemite NP

I could not say enough fantastic things about this property and the host! We were later getting in than expected, so the host sent a thorough message explaining the property, and things to make our stay more comfortable. We came in to a welcome basket, including cookies for the kids. Fully stocked kitchen, while still having a few empty cabinets to store a grocery haul for the week. Bathrooms had anything you might forget, including razors, q tips, and the list goes on! There was plenty of space to spread out for our family of 11. The porch was comfortable a place to relax in the evenings to watch the sunset over the farmland. We came in the middle of a heat wave, and when I expressed that I was a bit worried about the temps, the host went above and beyond to find window units to keep the place cool. (We were totally comfortable!) The farmhouse is very private , but also close to the road leading to Yosemite, so perfect for our needs! It was an easy drive into the park. When the host heard that we were taking a 3 week long road trip, she even gifted our kiddos with a few road activities!

Relaxing, rustic place

Our family has had a wonderful stay here. We enjoyed grilling pizzas on the pato, visiting Yosemite and Sequoia National Parks, and spending cool evenings in the house.

Horrible experience

The property owner canceled on us the day of our reservation, I reached out to them because we had not received the access code to enter the home and we were on our way driving there already. When the owner informed me that supposedly her house was not supposed to be on the site to rent and that she had received no communication at all in regards to our reservation. Which I find that pretty hard to believe because I made the reservation three weeks prior and they took my payment instantly so I don’t see how she did not get not one communication in regards to my reservation. Incredible Hospitality

Our stay was wonderful. We were greeted with a nice welcome sign and welcome gifts. We were so touched by the owner's friendliness. The house was very spacious and comfortable. My daughters loved looking at the cows in the pasture. If I'm in the Fresno area again, I will definitely book this house.

Great place

We stayed at the ranch house for 1 week. It was very peaceful and we had plenty of space for 3 teenagers and 2 adults. Swamp coolers worked great even at F102. Great sunsets every night. Would stay at the Ranch house any time again.

Lots of space & super mellow.

The farmhouse is lovely. It is a large property with plenty of room for relaxing in multiple spaces. The extra amenities - toiletries and snacks - were such a nice touch! Our family needed a stopping point on the way back from Yosemite to L.A., and I also had a meeting in Fresno (about 30 minutes away (P.S. get your food there in advance -- the pizza places we tried won't deliver that far out)) and this was a great stopping point. When we choose places to stay, a big priority for us is privacy and we also really need places and spaces for our little ones (preschool and elementary school age) to just play. We got what we needed in terms of both priorities. The kids really liked the bunk beds and staying up late talking. We (my husband) actually brought a bb-gun and shot cans in the field. Not something we could do in Los Angeles! Previous guests broke the swingset = ( but they are replacing it soon so be sure to ask if this is important to you. There are a few toys in the house and some books and crayons, so the kids found activities. Overall, I highly recommend. It's a nice, mellow place to be.

Loved it

This farmhouse had plenty of room for our family of 8. We visited the National Parks and the house was great to come back to. The view is beautiful and the kids (teens) enjoyed seeing a bit of evening country sunsets. The kitchen is nice and has seating for 8, as well as has AC. The rest of the house has a different type of cooling system that we weren’t very familiar with. We visited in the heat in July but since we were gone during the day, things had cooled off enough in the evenings. It was a great stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Farmhouse with a view

Great time in a cozy farmhouse! We definitely enjoyed our stay, and especially appreciated the special touches by the host— snacks, a bottle of wine, all the toiletries we needed if we forgot anything, and warm fuzzy robes! Quiet and comfortable with a convenient location. Host offered many tips for activities in the area, very helpful. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful host family!

We truly enjoyed our stay on the farm. Such a wonderful, sincere, and sweet welcome. Damaris had special snacks for the kids, sparkling apple cider and a bottle of wine waiting for our arrival. Our family enjoyed Thanksgiving week here. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking the huge Thanksgiving feast with multiple serving trays. There was plenty of seating for a family gathering. The kids enjoyed eating out on the patio table! The boys loved the video games, the girls loved the toy kitchen set in their bedroom, and there was plenty of family movies to choose from when it was raining outside. The house is very spacious! The location is out in the country, but a very easy 20 minute drive into Fresno! Thank you so much for allowing our family to spend a fabulous and blessed holiday together!
