The lower level of the home features the main living room with open dining and kitchen arrangement, vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows face the forest bring the Beautiful Nature of the Area right inside the house!

The Floor to Ceiling stone fireplace provides Colorado ambiance in the great room with big screen TV!

Mom's bday getaway

The property was perfect in size. We had plenty of space. For the most part it was clean but 1 room had spider webs. I think someone should have inspected the property for things like that before guests got there. The road to get to the property was absolutely terrible for cars. Other than those things the property was great.

Family Birthdays

Overall, really enjoyed the stay. A couple of negatives, no hooks or racks in our bathroom. Front door knob was falling out, we fixed it. Side door handle broken as well. Cushions on the outdoor patio need replaced. They were not very clean. Good things, 2 grills, 2 hot tubs. In a good area.

Perfect cabin for a big family. Love the place and location. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Planning to go back again during winter.

Great except hot tubs

We stayed here and everything was great except one of the hot tubs never worked and the other one was 50/50.

Great Cabin!

We had a great time at this cabin. It is truly a mansion and very accessible from the main road. There were few small issues but nothing major 1. When we checked in, the dishwasher had dishes but were not done. 2. The fireplace in the patio never worked. We tried all the options. Probably we missed turning on a switch somewhere The rooms themselves were clean and the cabin had enough beds to accommodate everyone. We will for sure rent this cabin again!

Great Arrangement

“Senior” Spring Break

Five families took time to celebrate our High School Seniors for a few days. The Mansion was the perfect house for all 20 of us! We hiked, fished, zip lined, kayaked, took old west photos, ate ice cream, played games, watched March “Madness”, hot tubbed, enjoyed a fire, made s’mores, had wonderful meals & ate LOTS of snacks…but most importantly we created family memories with wonderful friends that these amazing kids can take as they move forward with their life and next adventure.

Beautiful cabin!

The cabin was just as described. It was beautiful with lots of space and en suite bathrooms in several of the bedrooms. However, we were a little disappointed in the upkeep and cleanliness.

We'll return again!

We had a mostly excellent experience at The Mansion. It's hard to find an 8 bedroom property that is so comfortable. Having a separate game room for the kids that is separate from the other living spaces (with the breezeway in between) and two hot tubs was a huge win for our kiddos and parents. The furnishings were comfortable and tasteful. We really enjoyed the peacefulness of the neighborhood, (with the exception of the new construction going on behind the property.) We loved having so much outdoor porch space (both upstairs and on the main floor), the huge bunk room and separate stair case from the bunk room to the game room. The kids had so much fun with that! Some things that would have made this a truly exceptional experience include better water pressure in the bathroom sinks of various ensuite bathrooms; the showers worked great, but not the sink faucets. Also there wasn't any free kitchen cabinet space so we had to keep our dry goods out on the countertop under the kitchen window. And there wasn't enough spoons for us to use each meal, so we used plastic wear. Bring dish soap, extra trash bags, TP and chlorine. We needed to clean the water in the kids' hot tub half-way in to our stay but couldn't find any on the property. But we also didn't ask the property managers; so they may have had some to drop off. I wish there was a pack-n-play, highchair/booster seat, and baby gate at the property. Instead, we had to bring them from home and use a bench to block the staircase. It's a courtesy thing since this is a family style property. It would be helpful in the listing to know what beds were in what room and exactly what floor each room was on. For example: "Bedroom #1 (upstairs): King, daybed with two twins and ensuite bathroom w/ tub" That would eliminate and question as to where to get settled as families arrived at different times. Overall, we LOVED this property and plan to rent it again next year. We highly recommend it.

What You See Is What You Get. Overall a great property with a some maintenance needs. We were a group of 22 - adults and kids. The rooms were sufficient and space was perfect. Some of the rooms have trundle beds that work well for small kids (there are no cribs). It was refreshing to work with a property manager who responded to questions we had with patience within 10-20min. I really appreciate the time you took to answer all the questions we had. The property requires a few maintenance needs - some of the bathroom faucets barely had water, one of the bedroom doors (room closest to the stairs) would not stay locked securely, the fan outside was not working, the freezer did not work (but the maintenance team fixed this). I would recommend bringing your towels - the ones provided have been used so many times, no amount of fabric softener can revive the softness. Bring sufficient supplies to use. Overall, our experience was good and we would book this property again. The main concern was the cleanliness of the property - because there is barely enough time between group checkouts and check-ins to thoroughly clean, change sheets and towels, etc., there were areas that were not clean. **To the property managers - allow time for thorough cleaning of the property between stays.

Beautiful property full of great amenities

This 8 bedroom, 9.5 bath property is simply beautiful. The design is meticulous and spacious. Having two outdoor patios, lots of furniture, two propane grills, play-set for the children and two hot tubs for adults is the perfect cabin for family and friends with lots of entertainment and plenty of space to move around. We would definitely rent this cabin again during our next stay in Broken Bow.

The house was perfect for us. My twin and I enjoyed turning 30 here!!

This house was perfect for our group. There was plenty of king size bed for all couples to have. There were 2 hot tubs, and all the game tables and game room, perfect... our stay was perfect!

Nice, quiet location

This was a great property for 8 of us in town for some business due diligence. It was a very comfortable home and allowed each of us to have our own bedroom and bath. The different games allowed all of us competitive guys to earn bragging rights. Would definitely stay again!!!
