Villa of 80 m2 quiet on 1100 m2 of enclosed land with trees 900 m from the guarded beach and 500 m from the famous Montalivet market located close to shops and bike paths (4 bikes loan)

Equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, coffee maker, food processor, vacuum cleaner, fridge freezer, everything needed for cooking, ...), south-facing covered terrace with 1 garden furniture for 6, deck and hammock chairs.

Living room with sofa bed, table for 6 and a large terrace giving access to television to the west by two windows.

2 bedrooms with closet, one with 1 double bed 160/200 and the other with 3 beds in 90 more possibility of a cot.

1 bathroom with shower, basin and storage
1 separate wc.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Garten in toller, ruhiger Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir konnten wunderbar draußen sitzen, Tischtennisspielen und die zur Verfügung gestellten (kunterbunt zusammengewürfelten) für die Fahrten zum Strand nutzen. Montalivet als Ort mit seinem Markt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Pascale und Jean-Pierre haben uns mit guten Tipps versorgt, die Übergabe/ Abreise war unkompliziert. Matkt hat und sehr gut gefallen.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Wunderschönes Haus, komplett (kinderfreundlich) eingerichtet, ruhige Lage. Kurzer Weg zum Markt und Strand. Die Vermieter sind sehr aufgeschlossen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub ohne Probleme.

Beautiful holiday home in beautiful surroundings with everything you need

Actually, 2 weeks are not enough for a holiday, it should be 3 weeks, but that didn't work out for us this year. In any case, the house is well prepared and equipped. Everything you need is there, the fly screens are very good to have the window open at night if it is too warm. The size of the house is absolutely perfect for 4 people and the furnishings are very cosy. The property and the location as such are perfect for having peace and quiet (if you want), relaxing on one of the terraces, having a barbecue or getting to the town quickly, e.g. to the market or to the beach (no problem at all with the beach bikes). About Montalivet itself: For us a great place where we like to come (now the 2nd time, the 3rd time in the area), but you notice that the prices for holiday accommodation have unfortunately increased. And, depending on when you go, it can take much longer (this year it took us 4.5 hours for the last 50 kilometres including the ferry), so maybe plan to go directly via Bordeaux. We got the very last ferry, but only because there were extra trips (22:15 instead of 21:00). Therefore, thanks to the landlords, as they had waited so long with the handover of keys until we had arrived.

Wunderschöner Urlaub am Meer

Uns hat es ausgesprochen gut in Montalivet gefallen. Die Vermieter sind sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, liegt in einer ruhigen Siedlung und der Ort ist fußläfig zu errreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in wenigen Minuten am Meer.

super schöne,entspannte Sommerferien am Atlantik

Wir waren mit unseren drei Töchtern zum zweiten mal in Montalivet. Wir hatten drei Wochen bestes Wetter, super Wellen und viel Spaß.Das Haus fanden wir genauso wie beschrieben vor, es stimmte einfach alles.Die Küche war komplett eingerichtet, die Zimmer waren alle sauber und der Garten groß und nett bewachsen.Wir sind nur mit den Fahrrädern zum nahen Strand und zum tollen Markt geradelt.In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken.Wir sind nach drei Wochen ,,tiefenentspannt,, nach Hause gefahren.Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Que de très bons souvenirs...

Très proche de la mer et assez reculée pour être au calme, c'est une charmante maison super fonctionnelle et moderne...Elle est très bien équipée. Mêmes les vélos sont prêtés ! Nous avons passés de formidables vacances sous un beau soleil avec toute ma famille (couple et 3 enfants dont un en bas âge à l'époque..) . Pensez juste à une chose, si vous passez par Royan, il faut prendre le ferry et prévoir 1 bonne heure pour la traversée ! Les propriétaires sont super sympa et très accueillants... Merci encore à eux pour leur accueil malgré notre gros retard! .. A recommander, vous ne serez pas déçus !! Superbe endroit... Famille de Meuse en Lorraine (département 55)..

wonderful, everything we needed. lovely owners.

This is the perfect sized holiday house with everything we needed for a family, including bicycles, scooters, swing, excellently equipped kitchen. It is a very short (2 minute) drive to the great beach with easy parking even at high season. We drove rather than walked because of our disabled daughter but it would have been a 10-15 minute walk. The daily market in the village is a must! Sleeping arrangements are best for 4 but we squeezed in 5 (2 adults and 3 daughters). The house is compact and really practical, modern and clean. We loved the shaded terrace and the full evening sun in the back garden. The owners are lovely and very helpful and only around at start and finish. Highly recommended for a relaxing happy family holiday.

Pour des vacances calmes !

C'est un bel endroit calme et bien situé (à quelques tours de pédales de la plage et proche du centre ville). Un grand jardin pour faire jouer les enfants, c'est idéal. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très sympathiques. Merci pour ces 2 belle semaines reposantes passées l'été dernier. A conseiller pour une petite famille qui souhaite se reposer près de l'eau !

Un havre de paix à conseiller à ses amis

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le confort, le calme de cette maison fonctionnelle et très bien entretenue. Idéal pour se reposer: balades en vélo, footing sur la plage, dégustation des huîtres sur le fameux marché de Montalivet. Très bien située et à quelques kilomètres des grands vignobles Bordelais. L'accueil chaleureux des propriètaires donne le ton pour de superbes vacances. Un havre de paix à conseiller à ses amis

Très bon séjour

Excellent séjour; Nous avons été très satisfaits par cette location: maison moderne, tout équipée, dans un quartier très calme à proximité de la plage...et des commerces. Idéal pour famille avec enfants. (Terrasse couverte, grand jardin fermé). Possibilité de promenades à vélo, proximité d'activités. Bon emplacement également pour visiter: Arcachon, Bordeaux et La Rochelle... Enfin, excellent accueil des propriétaires.
