The Space:
Step into a lovely home that provides you with views of a paradise that is the JBR beach and Palm Jumeirah. Everything is cozy and warm from the doorstep to every area of the apartment.
You will be first met with the living room, which is complete with a sofa bed that can sleep 1 where you can spend some lazy hours of relaxation as you enjoy some entertainment on the TV. The spacious balcony has a dining table and a wooden sofa, completely letting you and your family or group of friends to spend time outside to eat or simply hangout together.
The kitchen is equipped with the essential appliances for you, such as a cooking range with an oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, water heater, toaster, cutlery, and more. The kitchen has an open window looking out to the living and dining area and the balcony. This way, you can enjoy the sea view from a distance, even in the kitchen.
The bedrooms have queen- and king-sized beds each that have fresh linens provided for guests, including soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Each bedroom has fancy lamps that add to its unique aesthetic and the art pieces add to the warmth that this apartment radiates off.
A welcome pack is given to the guests upon arrival, and they are also given full access to the gym and pool.
Guest Access:
Guests have a full access to the pool and gym and the parking is on request.
*The charging stations for electric vehicles can be utilized and located within the building at the Ground floor.
The Neighborhood:
Jumeirah Beach Residence or as commonly known with its abbreviation JBR. It is a premium area of Dubai. There are a lot of exciting go-to places in this area because The Walk, The Beach, and The Bluewaters Island are all located here together.
The Walk is a beach-side boulevard that has a line of restaurants, cafes, handicraft shops, boutiques, pop-up markets with food and jewellery stalls. There are street performances and an amazing nightlife as well.
The Beach refers to the beach resort itself complete with activities that are available to anyone from beach-side dining and shopping to wakeboarding, parasailing, banana boat rides, and camel rides. There is also a 600-m running track, an outdoor gym, and a volleyball court for those who enjoy jogging alongside the beach and those who want to keep up with their fitness. An outdoor yoga class is also offered for anyone who wants to keep their health at a great shape.
There is also a chance for residents and visitors to witness some live entertainment for a more enjoyable stay.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.
If you fancy having adventures in Dubai, you can get around using the train. A few minutes' walk can get you to the tram station that connects to the main metro station for you to get around Dubai on your own.
You can also go around the JBR to explore and breathe in its uplifting mood. Cafes like Starbucks are accessible if you want to have an elegant cup of coffee, and if you want to catch up with sports, West Beach Bistro and Sports Lounge is nearby.
Aside from restaurants and cafes, there are supermarkets, even a laundry shop, and salon and spas to meet your needs.
You will find that there are a number of things that you can do around the JBR as it is one of the most visited places in Dubai.

House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
