WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
- No skis are allowed in the unit or hallways.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- Right in the heart Vail Village in the "Lazier Arcade" building.
- The stairs may be challenging for guests, so this home may not be the best fit for guests with mobility issues.
- This property does not accommodate service animals due to homeowner health issues.
- Grocery service through Resort Delivery is highly recommended for ease of settling in, as there is not a grocery store in Vail Village.
- Parking is not included; there is a paid overnight parking lot nearby. We recommend using airport transfer as a car is not necessary for your stay.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Confirmation will be sent via email after booking.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
