Downstairs Kids Living has Table tennis Table, Couch , Large TV connected to Apple Tv and Playstation games, and a Retro Arcade Machine loaded with 50 games. This area opens up to the backyard.

Upstairs has large open area with reverse cycle airconditioning.

Brand New Kitchen features Island bench with 4 stools, Coffee Machine and Microwave.

Dining seats 8 guests.

Living has Couch , Smart TV, Coonara Fire Place, Ceiling Fan and opens onto deck with a bar and stools. Deck has stairs to backyard.

There is also a study upstairs off the main bedroom.

The back garden surrounds an enclosed solar heated swimming pool and thermal blanket, with lounges and a pool house. The pool house has bean bags and lounges, bar fridge, Digital TV, Couches, Ceiling Fan and Heat Strip.

There is an undercover outdoor dining area with table and chairs and 5 burner BBQ.

Lawn areas ,enclosed trampoline, half court basketball court and fire pit are also outside.

House has a Laundry with washing machine + dryer, wifi and Sonos speakers. There is Off Street Parking and Street Parking available.
