Your future vacation home welcomes you into an open floorplan with plenty of living, dining, and kitchen space for the entire family. Your family members can stay close by with the four barstool chairs at the kitchen bar. Right next to your kitchen area is the perfect location for guests to gather together and feast on their vacation dinner at the dining table with seating for eight. Tired property, lots of bits broken, 1 sunbed, pool dirty, netting broken.

House is worn out, not worth the money, items are not being fixed, or are missing like the sunbeds, the photos show 4 but there was only 1 and nothing was done about it, which for a family home was really poor. They did fix the pool netting when asked and cleaned the pool, but whilst it was better, it wasn’t kept regularly cleaned. Have stayed many time in Champions Gate, this was a poor tired property that is not being kept updated, avoid this house. The email response was fast to our requests, but most of them like getting sunbeds (an essential) were not acted on e.g. sunbed response… ‘just nothing we can do about it, its down to the owner to sort’. Owner please sort out the property or drop the price by 50%, it is far to expensive for this shoddy home, a 50% refund would be nice… we stayed end of August 2022 and furniture was broken in all different rooms, beds poor mattresses, pool netting broken, 1 sunbed, no clothes hangers etc… we have photos if you want them.

Resort A+, but property is mediocre

The property is in the Oasis Club resort, which has great amenities, and I really enjoyed brunch on Sunday with the bottomless mimosas. I’ve stayed at several properties in the vicinity, but this was a first with Magical Vacation homes. I would not stay with them again because the spa broke through no fault of our own due to a leak within the pump fixture itself. It wouldn’t heat and would drain out completely. I had to place two service calls and we could not use it for 3 nights out of our 4 night stay. No reimbursement was offered for the inconvenience. I also didn’t ask, but considering that I paid an extra daily fee to heat the spa and couldn’t use it the majority of the stay, I don’t feel like I should have had to beg anyone to recognize what should have just been offered. Because of this experience, I would not recommend. The property itself was mediocre and the furnishings could use some updates. The arcade games in the garage were a big hit though and are just as pictured.

A few tweaks & it's Perfect!!!

My two sons and I really enjoyed the home, it gave us the comfort of being in our own home. I love the carpet-free flooring as it helps keep germs to a minimum. They need to add more & larger pans as it made the cooking process long. I also think the sofa should be steam cleaned & sanitized as it seemed to have a smell, a few ashy or white stains that could've been wiped off but obviously wasn't or pillows fluffed, in fact the lighter throw pillows were dirty & since they had zippers could easily be remove & washed. We barley used the sofa but the 2x's I did sit, I covered with a blanket and the air in the home just seemed stale in the LR & aft a few days I smelled the sofa & think it was that stinking up the LR. I purchased a candle to help keep the stale air down & purchased Lysol spray and used the entire can. We also washed the bedding down to the mattress cover, I just need that for myself when staying for a week(lol) but overall the place is really nice and served what my sons and I needed for 7ntes. The games, pool table, pool/spa was great to utilize and would suggest the owner to replace the sofa with a leather or faux leather same make and all would be absolutely PERFECT!!!!!
