The Space:
Enjoy a 7 minute stroll to the sandy shores of Middleton beach or the same time to walk through to the cafes, bakery and pub on the Main Street.
The house itself is very well equipped for family entertaining and there are three spacious bedrooms, two with King beds and the third with two sets of bunk beds. All three bedrooms are serviced by a three way bathroom which has separate toilet and vanity.
All bed linen, bath towels tea towels, bath mats, hand towels and face washers are included.
Please bring your own beach towels.
Well behaved dogs are permitted with permission. Please advise the age and breed when booking. A $75 pet fee is payable. Please note that a new gate is in the process of being installed and the old one has been removed. New gate by mid Nov.
Strictly no parties and no smoking/vaping anywhere on the property.
Please note A 50% deposit is payable upon confirmation of your booking.
