This GORGEOUS home is the perfect combination for those wanting privacy and a convenient location. This beautifully updated four-bedroom home is located in a quiet neighborhood perfect for walking. The main level offers a bright layout with beautiful views with fully stocked eat-in kitchen or you can enjoy your meals alfresco on the generous deck area located right off the living room with gas grill provided. In the living room you will find comfortable seating plus a large flat screen TV. Three bedrooms are on the main level with the remaining bedroom located in walk out basement area.. The lower level has a large family room area for hanging out, where you can watch the large flat screen TV with large windows overlooking the lake. The lower level sliding doors open to a gently sloped path to the large dock with seating. You have room to roam whether it's catching some sun on the dock or swimming and kayaking / canoeing in the wide water cove. The owners have provided their guests with 2 Kayaks, 1 Paddle-board and 1 Canoe, plus plenty of life jackets to enjoy. There is a 4 night minimum during the off season months.
