Comfy ground floor end unit. A/C in the bedroom. Screened-in lanai with table and chairs. Right across from pool. Smart TV has VCR. Free WiFi Carpet in bedroom and living room with ceramic tile elsewhere. Well appointed kitchen and laundry center for added convenience.

Welcome to Kuilima Estates, the condo property located on the grounds of world-renowned Turtle Bay. The condos are surrounded by two beautifully manicured golf courses, and are the only condos on the North Shore. This is a great place to relax, rewind, and restore, and a world away form the hustle and bustle of the city. The condo property is short walk to the hotel and to a lovely, sheltered, coved beach, where you can swim, snorkel, and surf. We have our pools, with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and charcoal BBQ grills. Bring your own equipment and play tennis on our courts at no charge. Experience the comforts of home as you experience aloha!

Since we are in a tropical environment, it is common to see insects and geckos in the condos. No amount of spraying will completely eliminate insects, especially ants.

One bedroom Turtle bay condo

Condo is in our favorite location (Turtle bay). We love to stay there. Condo has access to a pool. We love to use it. Beaches, restaurants, walking paths and golf course within walking distance.

7 Days in Paradise

We spent the last week of our 4 week vacation at Kuilima West to enjoy the North Shore and see old friends. It would be very helpful to renters if information were provided for garbage and recycling days, if specific information was provided on how to operate the living room television. It was very frustrating to us. The owners should write up a simple sheet on how it operates. It took more than 3 days for someone to come and give us instruction. We really appreciated Mike's help! It would be helpful if the rental office would tell renters that the key code box is on the door. Old ones are on the outside wall and it is confusing. Our condo was very clean; however the lanai was not swept or vaccumed and there was a lot of sand on it.
