This property is located on the south side of town only 500m from Back Beach. The kitchen/dining area is central to the home with access to the children’s play area and large sunken lounge. Out the back there is a large patio with bbq which boasts a pool table and dartboard, there is even a basketball hoop for the kids! The rear yard is fully enclosed making it great for kids. Beach Gums has the ideal setup for a holiday away whether it’s summer or winter.

All linen is supplied, except bath towels – please bring your towels
Fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave and large fridge
Initial stock of dishwashing liquid, spray cleaner, sponge, scourer & toilet rolls are supplied, additional requirements of these items are to be provided by guests
Lounge room with TV, DVD and Air Conditioning
Washing Machine
Pergola with BBQ & outdoor furniture, pool table and dart board in a fully enclosed yard. Not pet friendly.

Beautiful location and experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property.The house was perfect for what we wanted.Special mention to Rochelle and the team as well as the cleaning team as they went above and beyond to ensure everything was easy and above expectations.
