Furniture update coming Spring 2024, pictures to follow. The Spring 2024 update to furniture will turn the living room into a gorgeous, contemporary dining room and living room that will each seat 8 people comfortably - making the space even more beautiful. Contemporary building steps from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Romantic Zone. Three ensuite bedrooms, open concept living with chef’s dream kitchen, fully equiped. Powerful propane barbeque on huge deck with dinning table and nice outdoor living space. Extraordinary ocean and beach views. Curl up in the theatre room with Netflix, Amazon Prime and your own 72” TV. Master bedroom with large walk in closet, double sinks, king size bed, TV and a desk with printer for the business traveller - Even it has a great view. $500 Peso one time resort fee paid at check in. There is a $500MX Peso (about $30USD) per night resort fee charged at time of check in. It can be paid by credit card.

Beautiful condo with all the amenities
There was absolutely nothing about the experience that I would change. The condo is gorgeous and has great views! It’s well appointed and the checkin process was quite smooth. The 2 pools are amazing and overall the entire building is amazing. The building staff was always friendly and helpful. Having the restaurant in the building, which was quite affordability priced, made mornings super convenient and allowed us to enjoy our time without having to cook! Jesus was always quick to reply to messages and we never had a single worry.

Paradise
We had an amazing stay at Jesus & Tim's property. Jesus was a great host: timely, thorough, informative and responsive. The flat has spectacular views, we got to view the whales playing in the bay daily, well appointed as well as extremely comfortable - especially the beds! While the building is a bit removed from Zona Romantica it only takes minutes to walk to beaches via the beach path as well as into town via the main road. Also an inexpensive uber or taxi ride for late night transportation. We look forward to an opportunity to return next year!

Truly Awesome!
We loved everything about this property. The condo is spacious and has amazing views. The location is excellent being only a short walk to the Zona Romantica but a bit away from the crowds. The food at the on-site restaurants is excellent and very reasonably priced. Easy access to everything we could need for a great time!

Didn’t want to leave
OMG! Tim’s condo was GORGEOUS! It looked exactly like the photos and it was very clean and comfortable. The king-size beds were super comfortable but the double beds need a Costco foam topper because they were too firm. Everyone loved having their own private ensuite bathroom. The kitchen had all the utensils and equipment to make your own meals along with some basic spices and oils. Little things like lots of hangers in the closet, extra towels, pillows and blankets were a nice touch. The insuite washer and dryer were handy but the dryer wasn’t drying too well so Jesus said he’d make sure it was working better for the next guest as we only mentioned it upon checkout. The best part of the condo was THE VIEW - WOW! We had our morning coffees on the balcony and watched the dolphins and whales swim by - the huge binoculars helped us see them very clearly. We saw fireworks from the balcony just about every night which was a great way to end the day. The rest of the facility was amazing too and we made a ton of new friends. The food in the restaurants were great and reasonably priced and so were the drinks. The rooftop infinity pool was a dream and very warm to hangout in. The gym and spa were great too - we highly recommend getting a massage from Kevin or Elvira. The location was good and only cost about $100 pesos for a taxi into the Romantic Zone ($150 pesos for five people), but Uber was cheaper. We always felt safe at the condo and walking in town during the day, or in busy areas at night. There is so much to do in PV, we only wished we stayed longer. Thank you Tim for letting us stay in your condo! And thank you Jesus for answering all our questions while we were there. It truly was a memorable holiday and we hope we can come back again soon!

Killer View.......Great Location
This is a lovely condo with an incredible view of the Bay and all of PV. The glass doors fully open so there was a real inside/outside feeling. We rented a car and it was a short drive into town for lunch or dinner, although we did walk along the beachfront a few times which took the same amount of time. The beds were super comfortable. We'd definitely stay here again!
