The property is located in Mesa de Yeguas Country Club, a place frequented by visitors from the capital and foreigners who want to enjoy a different climate from Bogotá.

Rustic and conventional style house for vacation. One of the largest houses the club has. It has a maximum capacity for 25 people, with double accommodation in the rooms. The navy blue pool is quite large, overlooking the large garden, which has a considerable area to play soccer or have a picnic.

It also has a terrace, BBQ and pool table.

Housekeeper: 80.000 COP per day per every 6 guests. The housekeepers cook, keep the house always clean and organized and do maid services. Service hours are from 7:00 to 16:00.

VAT exemption for foreigners:
-The decree establishes the exemption from Sales Tax (VAT) for tourist services provided to residents abroad that are used in Colombian territory. The exemption applies to tourist services originating from packages sold by operating agencies or hotels registered in the national tourism registry and also applies to hotel services sold by hotels to operating agencies as long as the beneficiary of the services provided in the national territory is a resident abroad.
