It Really is a Grand View
The home is called the Grandview for good reason: it is a very large property with stunning views of the lake and the sunset. And there are multiple comfortable places to enjoy the views: a huge screened porch, a fire pit, a den, etc. Nobody will feel crowded here.
The home itself was built in 1912 and has a lot of character. It feels neither new nor old; just comfortable. Kitchen and baths are modern. The home is fully equipped, and it was perfectly cleaned and well maintained.
We stayed in the home with our two year old, and having a nursery with crib and a high chair provided really made it easy for us. I think the home is the perfect place for large family gatherings.
