Prospect Place holiday unit is a cosy well equipped home away from home. It is a perfectly quiet comfortable place to rest up after a hard days work, recouping after surgery or a short term base.
About 400 metres to public transport to city. Walk to North Adelaide, Prospect shops, restaurants and Aquatic Centre.
Prospect Place is available for short or long term rental. It has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (queen and 2 single), 2 televisions, fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer. Lounge room with TV and DVD player and recliner leather couches. Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning throughout.
A perfect place to call home and only 10 minutes from the city of Adelaide.

Prospect Place - Poorly Presented

We booked a month at Prospect Place to coincide with the Adelaide festival season. We arrived after an overnight flight and were disappointed with the state of the property. It is an old 60's style villa which is clear from the photos available, so that was fine. However, venetian blinds and windows were dirty and other things were broken. The property manager appears to be complacent about the state of the property - relying on guest feedback rather than their own inspections, resulting in the poorest impression (having already paid around A$4000, including deposit) in over 20 years of booking through Stayz. The positives are that the appliances all function well and that the villa is in a very peaceful part of the attractive suburb of Prospect, close to many of Adelaide's attractions.

Beautiful holiday house.

Self catering, close to the public transport, 5mins away from the city centre, in a very quiet place and spacious.

Great location close to everything.

Property was very clean and respectable. Could do with a bit off maintenance i.e new blinds, bathroom repaint. Great location.
