The cozy layout provides a Queen bed, a Queen sofa sleeper, and a TV. A large window offers a beautiful view and plenty of natural light to illuminate the interior. A full bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo is outfitted to serve you and your fellow guests.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with standard appliances and the necessary items to cook a delicious meal at home. For fellow coffee lovers, a drip coffee maker, French press, and espresso machine are available for your convenience. The extended kitchen counter offers barstool-style seating for 3.

The unit is conveniently located in the Peak 9 building at The Village at Breckenridge - giving guests the ability for a Ski-In, Ski-Out experience. The property boasts beautiful views of Maggie Pond and nearby picnic areas. Beyond the on-site perks, this location offers you direct access to Main Street/Downtown Breckenridge where you can enjoy countless restaurants, bars, specialty stores, and the Quicksilver Superchair to Peak 9. PLEASE NOTE:
A parking pass is available for one vehicle at $30 per day, at a first-come, first-serve basis. This may be more limited during peak holiday seasons. Instructions to retrieve your parking pass will be provided once the booking is confirmed and parking has been paid for. Guest will be reimbursed parking fees if parking is not available or if guest does not need parking.

The Village at Breckenridge offers endless entertainment from a shared indoor/outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs (with limited hours - 10a to 10p), a game room, and a fitness room.
