The sleek kitchen has stone-topped benches, Smeg appliances and a Nespresso coffee pod machine - a delight for all holiday meal preparation. Year-round climate control is provided. Reverse cycle split systems are located upstairs and downstairs throughout the property and all glass is double-glazed, so you may not need to use the cooling downstairs. Open all the doors to enjoy the cool summer breeze after a warm day.
Sleeping up to 9 guests, this home is immaculately presented across two levels. The Master bedroom has a King bed, balcony, walk-in robe and ensuite with free standing bath. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, also boasting direct access to the terrace balcony with a café style setting to sit and enjoy the bay views. Downstairs boasts a huge family living room and deck, offering versatility and space for extended family or teenagers. Two bedrooms, a bathroom (plus guest powder room), laundry and double garage complete the ground floor.

-Due to space constraints vehicles, boats and PWC cannot be parked in the shared driveway. Only Vehicles can be stored in the garage. The servicing of vehicles, PWC and trailers is not permitted on the property. To maintain the property's cleanliness and respect for neighbours, the washing of boats and jet ski’s and other PWC on-site is prohibited. The tap in the common area is not to be used as it is the property of our neighbour and connected to their water meter.
Video Surveillance: Be aware that the property is under video surveillance. Respect the privacy and security measures in place. Remember, these rules are in place to ensure a harmonious living environment for everyone.
