Enjoy swimming, fishing, boating, and relaxing on Lake Dalrymple. This 4 season cottage offers a family and pet friendly environment where memories are made! Cottage sleeps up to 8 people. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Air Conditioning in each room. Outdoor propane BBQ and propane firepit. Large dock where you can fish directly from and dock a boat. Boat and kayak rentals are available 2 mins walking distance at nearby resort. Property backs on to over a 1000 acres of protected wilderness ideal for hikes and ATV / snowmobile trails. Driveway allows for parking for up to 6 cars, one universal electric vehicle charger available for use at no extra charge. Stainless steel cooktop and stove, and fridge freezer. 65 inch Smart TV. High speed WiFi with unlimited usage. Dedicated work area. Dining table that seats 8. Board games and books available for use.

Convenience store located 2 min walk at neighbouring resort. Has Kawartha Ice Cream, sundries, and fish bait.

Foodland grocery, LCBO, Tim Hortons, Gas Station, Wild Wing Restaurant, Pharmacy, all located 15 min drive away in Brechin.

Orillia is a 30 min drive.

Dogs+

All great Lake access with dogs is tricky - ceosssing road and no easy way in if they don’t jump off the dock! But we enjoyed The house is great Maybe trim the hedges so drivers can see cars when exiting driveway And maybe mow grass in back - long grass = more mosquitos! But overall it was a great short vacation

Amazing vacation home

Well equipped vacation house, very clean. Beds were quite comfortable. Full tank for the BBQ upon arrival was a pleasant surprise - we have always had to replace the tank with other rentals previously. Dock is well maintained, we had a lot of of fun swimming in the lake and kayaking around with the one provided by the host. Host was very responsive and provided helpful information at timely intervals. Super easy check in and out. Would 100% book again!!

Great Stay

The place is very clean and spacious and located in a great location. I highly recommend this property if you're looking for a stay to get away from the City and relax. The area is peaceful and the view of the lake from inside and outside the property is spectacular, especially at sunset time. My boyfriend and I enjoyed the stay and would definitely go again.

Lovely stay

Modern, clean and with all the amenities you need! We had a wonderful time at this cottage and Girish was so prompt in responding to any questions we had. Definitely recommend!
