The Space:
Right around the corner and near everywhere you want to be.
Be delighted as soon as you enter this fresh and upscale apartment which has wall-to-wall wooden flooring that adds elegant touch. The living area will greet you with a large grey sectional sofa and thanks to the apartment's over sized windows which lets the natural light in making the space bright. This are is completed with a soft carpet, flat-screen TV with cable channels, modern coffee table and unique pendant lights.
The dining area has a round marble top dining table and upholstered dining chairs with white and gold color combination that can comfortably sit up to four guests. Whether you want a simple or grand meal, the kitchen is packed with appliances you will be needing in preparing sumptuous meals for your loved ones!
Walk your way to the bedrooms and you will be greeted with king-sized beds in each. They are both uniquely furnished to meet your standards. The beds are equipped with comfy mattress and fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows for a sound sleep during the night. Both have built-in wardrobes and en suite bathroom.
Step out onto the balcony and have a glimpse of the partial Marina and Harbour views - while contemplating your day!

The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.
The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.
With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this location to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi, and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand, goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha, and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City, among many others.
The Marina Towers tram station, meanwhile, is an 5-minute walk. If you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall, the tram will get you there. This also connects to a metro station if you like to go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates). The Marina Walk Waterbus Station is also a few minutes away. Its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, Marina Terrace, and Marina Promenade.
