All three bedrooms with A/C are located on the upper level, along with a full bathroom. The primary bedroom has a new king bed, flat screen TV, and A/C. The second bedroom has a trundle bed (two twins total), A/C, and flat screen TV; while the third bedroom provides a full size bed and A/C. The fully equipped kitchen comes prepped with all the cooking tools & utensils for home-away-from-home comfort. The den features an oversized sofa with flat screen TV, and the sitting room includes a sleep sofa. The back yard patio is equipped with furniture to seat eight, outdoor grill, and outdoor shower. Other amenities include washer/dryer and WIFI Internet access.
