The Space:

This makes the apartment give you the cozy feeling and relaxation all throughout your stay!
The comfort starts in the living area where the ultra-soft blue velvet couch and HD TV are. Accentuated with the gold coffee table, art pieces on the wall and luxury carpet will surely give you that luxurious feeling.
Let the natural light come in by opening the curtains in the living area and an over-sized sliding door will be your access to the balcony area where you can have a nice seat during the day or night.
The dining area can comfortably seat four, the gold accents of the chairs makes this area not your ordinary one.
Adjacent to it is the fully-equipped kitchen which makes cooking easier than ever.
Your usual sleep routine will never be the same once you have tried sleeping on our king-sized bed. This comes with a soft mattress and fitted with hotel-quality linens and pillows.
The bathroom has soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion.

The Neighborhood:
Business Bay is just minutes from all the sights of Downtown Dubai. It is located within 5 minutes to Downtown Dubai, as well as minutes from busy E44, taking you anywhere you want to go. It is ideal for a stroll or run, followed by a meal in a choice of the restaurants located there.
Business Bay has as lot of buildings both for commercial and residential. Dubai Creek is a legendary and significant part of this area of Dubai. It has paved the way for Dubai to be a business hub of the UAE.
This offers restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, and many more to ensure that anyone who lives or visits Business Bay will have a good time with their friends, family, or even alone.
Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Downtown is accessible by car within 5 minutes. Taxis, on the other hand, are frequent at this place. Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.
If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a bus, the bus stop is a 2-minute walk. Bus 50 goes to the Dubai Mall. F41, F19B, and X22 go to the Business Bay metro station. Getting in a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.
The fastest and easiest way from DXB airport is by taxi (30min, 100 AED). The cheapest way from DXB airport is by metro (1 hour, 7.5 AED per person).
If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!
Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

2. There is a charge of AED 500 from your deposit for each lost access card or set of keys.
3. Swimming pool is temporarily closed from June 20 - 21 for full building washing in the swimming pool area.
