Set four levels above the hustle and bustle of St Kilda, this corner penthouse will be sure to impress. Recently renovated, with all new bathroom, bed, mattresses etc. a state of the art home automation system allows for control of music, aircon, blinds, lighting all from the touch of a button on the remote. The spa has a roof that allows for use in any weather. Photos current at 01/02/2024. Please remember this is a holiday rental not a 5 star hotel. While our cleaners keep the place clean, neat and tidy, there will be normal wear and tear etc. There is a very strict no party policy that applies, so no bucks/hens parties and a maximum of 4 people inside at any one time unless agreed prior (as in family booking)

Perfect

The spa. The views. The location. This apartment was just perfect for what we needed. Restaurants, bars and the beach - all within easy walking distance. Comfy bedding too! Highly recommend.

Perfect location

Short stay in St Kilda made easy with this property. Great location right in the middle of vibrant Acland st however the apartment offered a quiet and peaceful oasis . Everything you could want including a great coffee machine and huge rain shower. Perfect place to stay. Thank you.

A great place to stay in St. Kilda

We spent 8 days at this lovely 2-bed/2-bath condo in St. Kilda, and it was excellent. Let me mention a few key highlights. We expected hot temperatures in Melbourne, but it was a very temperate week and even cool - which made hopping in the spa in the mornings a great way to start the day! The place is spacious and the rooms and features excellent. We used the kitchen quite a bit, the Miele coffee maker, and the washer/dryer. We also want to mention the Coles and Whole Foods (not the US company) in the arcade below the condo which was super convenient. Excellent coffee shop (Ground Yourself) also in the arcade below. Communication with Carlos was outstanding. A few minor details could be improved - there is a lot of tech and gadgets in the place - you need to figure those out; tram and bus to the city excellent but it often took over 30 minutes to get to where we wanted to be near the CBD and more to go to North Melbourne or Fitzroy by public transport. I highly recommend this place.
