To the right, a short hallway leads to a half bath and laundry area, while to the left is the full kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee pot. Step a little further, and you'll see the stools at the breakfast counter and the dining area to your left, while the fireplace and flat-screen TV highlight the living area on your right. A guest Netflix account is provided for the condo. Step out onto a large deck, the width of the home, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the river.
Upstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms, each with AC, its own private bath and a flat-screen TV. The primary has a split-King adjustable bed, while the second has a set of pyramid bunks (with a twin on top and full on the bottom).

While here enjoy the Deer Park Club House with access to indoor pool, fitness room, tennis courts and man-made swimming pond with sandy beach.
