You will be charmed by our warm chalet located in the Chéribourg resort area. Wonderfully surrounded by mature woods, offering calm and tranquility. A playground at your feet for outdoor activities all year round! Admire the surrounding nature from the beautiful outdoor terrace, with its outdoor fire pit. The chalet offers great comfort and charm. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people (4 adults), with its 3 closed bedrooms (including the master bedroom with its ensuite bathroom) and 2 bathrooms. Your small dog is welcome for an additional daily fee (please contact owner for permission before making the reservation).
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. In the living room, enjoy a warm and cozy natural wood fire, big smart TV. Two separate office settings to work from (living room and master bedroom) with free unlimited high speed internet access. Washer and dryer also available on site.

A few steps from the chalet, in the center of the village, you will find Dora Café & Local Market with its artisanal bakery, barista café, gourmet meals and its local grocery corner including local wines. The town also offers a microbrewery and several restaurants (pizzeria, vietnamese, french, etc.). Many possible activities in the region all year round. Cycling, swimming, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, skating, go-karting, horseback riding, snowshoeing. The beautiful downtown Magog is only 7 minutes drive from the chalet; there too, the wine route, microbreweries, museums, concert hall, many spas, shopping and plenty of famous restaurants.
The chalet is 1 km from Mont Orford National Park (lakes, beaches, camping, trails), 2 km from Mont Orford (world renown skiing & hiking) and 5 km from bucolic Lake Memphremagog.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- If you bring your small dog, a 250$/month fee is required and the owner needs to pre-approve it. Please send a picture with details such as pet race, weight, and behaviour - prior to booking.
- Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed! We require peace and quiet for our neighbours.
- A leasing contract has to be signed including the terms and rules to be respected during the rental of the chalet.
