This beautifully decorated condo is located right on the main road and next to the plaza with many local restaurants, food chains, gas station, gym, and supermarket! It is a 10 min walk or 3 min drive to the main hotel strip and beautiful palm beach where you will find shops, popular restaurants, casino, bar and nightlife! It is also a short drive (under 10 min) away from one of the top beaches in the world -Eagle beach and Arashi beach!

Good budget condo

This is a small 2 bed, 2 bath condo. We are 2 adult men and were in Aruba for kite-surfing. The condo was only 5-10 minutes from the beaches and hotel area. There are near by restaurants that were great. The condo is not set up for people who want to cook their own meals. Everything was in good condition, plenty of clean towels and beach chairs etc, it's a fairly cheaply constructed unit, but very adequate for a vacation week. The pool is small but great. Overall, I would easily come back for another week and recommend it,if lower cost is a consideration.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Mosaic Residence Apt 01 for two weeks. Place is very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots and pans etc. TVs in every room but in order to cast you would need a usb-c to HDMI cable or best to bring your own streaming device. Place also included a safe and a washer & dryer. We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was like home away from home. Also, best to rent a car so that you can enjoy the wonderful beaches that Aruba had to offer. Our favourites were Baby beach, Arashi beach, Eagle Beach and Mango Halto. We highly recommend the place and we will definately be back.

Wonderful apartment

Niloufar is a perfect host. Communication was easy and prompt. The apartment was beautiful and super clean, decorated with great taste. It was also very comfortable (the beds had cozy, soft sheets!). It had everything we needed and was absolutely ideal for a family of four. The pool and the property grounds were also very well-kempt. The location of the apartment was perfect for reaching all of the beautiful beaches and fantastic hikes as well. We would definitely stay here again. Niloufar, thank you very much for putting so much effort into creating a true home-away-from-home experience!

I went to Aruba with my fiancé and our children. Check in was after 4 but after speaking with the host he allowed us to do our check in earlier. He sent his colleague to meet is at the condo. They provided us with beach chairs and towels which was great. This condo was the perfect size for my family.
