The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

I vacated the holiday rental prior to my departure date as was disappointed with the property for the following reasons.Poor signageProperty access was via outside stairs - this was not made evident upon making the booking. I would not have rented the property if I had been made aware of this. I have a medical condition which made entering and exiting the unit difficult. Also the unit is noted as pet friendly, being on a second level with steep stair access was not ideal.The unit is not adequately air conditioned, specially seeing it is subject to the afternoon sun.Note: The person (Sophie) I dealt with while making the booking was very pleasant and did her best with some info, but it was apparent she was not familiar with the property. I did query if the unit was on ground level, this was not known.The property was clean and tidy.
