Conveniently located in the Deep Creek Estate is this superb family house, all on one level and finished to an impeccable standard throughout.
Offering 4 bedrooms (master with en-suite and WIR), open plan kitchen/dining and lounge which leads to a spacious outdoor entertaining area through sliding glass doors, separate sun-filled family room, central bathroom and laundry. The property has high ceiling providing a sense of space and ducted heating and evaporative cooling system.
The house has 3 separate outdoor areas for you to enjoy- a sunny north facing front deck with with six seater outdoor dining setting and outdoor lounge. A covered deck to the side of the house with outdoor TV, and the garden to the rear of the house with pergola to enjoy a drink at the lean-up bar and fire pit, is a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach, park or exploring the area. Leave the car at home- with the house within a 2-minute walk to the Deep Creek bush track and the town centre and café culture of Old Torquay an easy 20-minute stroll. Return home from a swim or a surf and step through the side access and straight into the outdoor shower.
This house is perfect as a holiday haven and the ideal spot for one or two families to come and holiday together.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
