The Space:
This cheerful 969 sq ft (90 sqm) ground-floor condo features naturally soothing decor and lots of attention to detail. It's a fantastic choice for families and groups of friends (up to 6) looking for an adventure in Tulum’s "vibey" paradise.

This spaces of this condo:
- A cheery luminous living room with a comfortable sitting/TV area in the open-plan space so it’s easy to spend time together and you'll have direct access to the garden terrace.
- The dining table can comfortably seat 6 for a relaxed sit-down dinner or any meal at home.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and all you'd need to prepare meals at home. Plus a little breakfast bar w/two barstools for the quick morning coffee or tea before heading out.
- The private garden terrace has lush green foliage and nature all around with a little table and chairs to relax in or the hanging hammock--the ultimate in relaxation! Chill out here with a beverage or good book and enjoy all the sights and sounds of nature that surrounds you.
- There are 2 bedrooms:
- BEDROOM 1: (master bedroom) with a king sized bed, direct access to a private deck/terrace with seating and another hammock to enjoy some time alone or to read. Plus a large walk-in closet and private bathroom.
- BEDROOM 2 features 4 single beds. They look like 2 twin beds but they are trundle beds with a hidden twin bed underneath each one!
- There are two full bathrooms, both modern, one is attached to the master bedroom and the other in the main area outside Bedroom 2.
- Washer and dryer in the unit.

The exterior areas like the garden terrace is perfect for relaxing and enjoying relaxing after dinner conversation, reading or hammocking and doing nothing! This place will restore your soul!

Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the condo and the private garden terraces. You can access the lovely common areas at this condo as well like the pool, lounge chairs and palapa area surrounded by tropical plants and lush native vegetation.

The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in the heart of Tulum inside a beautiful residential community between the beach and town.
- The area puts you perfectly in the middle of Tulum's town and the beach and it's great if you want to bike, walk or jog around surrounded by mystic jungle vibes yet still with all the modern comforts.
- The Tulum town shops and the residential community's commercial shops are both within walking distance.
- There is a Chedraui and a Super Aki nearby -- the two big grocery stores in town.
- Mayan ruins, ancient cenotes, and the incredible Tulum beach, famous dining and clubs are only a few minutes away

There are so many great restaurant choices in Tulum, but here are 3 we recommend:

- Pasha (Turkish/Mideastern)

Getting Around:
This condo in between the beach and town is about 119 km/74 miles or about a 1 hr 40-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. We’d be happy to help! If you’re renting a car, there is free parking on the street at the complex where the condo is to make it easy to get in and out!

- Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.

- Stella Rentals grants you preferential beach access to ´´Playa Negroni by Tago´´. Contact your concierge to save your spot.

- Wi-Fi, TV, some bottled water, bed linens, beach, and bath towels are provided free to guests. Also let us know if you need airport transport, we can help arrange it for you!

- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using the AC wisely and keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.

- There's no daily housekeeping buy If you need a cleaning service during your stay, it has an extra cost – Please let us know in advance. This service does not include changing the bed linens or towels. If you would like to add this service, additional fees will apply.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Pets are not allowed at this property.

- We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like toilet paper in the bathrooms, soap, and shampoo but please note that these are not refilled during your stay. You can pick up any item you need at a convenience or grocery store.

There are two bikes available if you want to enjoy Tulum on two wheels at no extra charge! Please note that in case of damage or theft there would be a charge of $150 USD per unit.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be 21 yrs old to book
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid from moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food or coolers are allowed in the pool, the use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we are available 7 days a week from 8 am until midnight should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.
