Sunrise Lane Private Apartment

Summary:
Sunrise is a lovely place to relax and take in the stunning views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables. The sleeping options can be arranged to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Single Beds set up in the main bedroom. There is also an additional single bed that can be set up in the lounge if required for a 3rd person. Please let us know how you would like the beds set up at time of booking.

The Space:
The accommodation is stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay.
The apartment has a Kitchen with Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher & Fridge. Large Bedroom, Bathroom with Shower, Laundry (both Washer & Dryer), a spacious Lounge & Dining area as well as an outside Deck to sit and enjoy the stunning views!
NOTE: The sleeping options can be changed to suit: For 2 people you can have either a King Size Bed or 2 Singles. There is also an additional single bed if required for a 3rd person.
If you require a High Chair or Porta Cot for a little one, please let us know at time of booking so we can arrange this for you.

Guest Access:
There is a garage available for guest parking. Please note that it is best to back down the driveway into the garage, this makes it much easier to get out. Also, please do not close the garage door, just leave it open, many thanks :-)

Very quiet and safe neighbourhood

Getting Around:
The apartment is located 2 km from the centre of Queenstown, you can enjopy the walk which takes about 30 minutes or it's a 5 minute drive.

Other Things to Note:
Queenstown has mountain weather, which can mean a cold outbreak, even in Summer. We recommend bringing a wind-proof and water-proof jacket and something warm at any time of the year. Hiring a car is a very popular and convenient way to explore the Queenstown area and beyond. Remember that in New Zealand we drive on the left and our roads are often narrow and twisty. Don't fall into the trap of planning car travel times based on the distance you might be able to cover on a highway at home. The AA (Automobile Association) website offers great information and tips for visitors about driving conditions in New Zealand.
