The furnished kitchen is equipped with all of the appliances you need including coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, cookware and silverware to name a few. The kitchen also offers a breakfast bar and top-of-the-line granite countertops with stunning backsplash and cabinetry. The open concept dining room seats 6 comfortably, while the breakfast bar seats another 4.



The relaxing living room features a large 65" Roku TV, making it the perfect location to enjoy a family movie night, or to catch that must-see Sunday game.



In the mood to soak up some of that famous Florida sunshine? Venture out to the screened-in lanai where you can enjoy a dip in your own private pool! The lanai also features ample seating, including an outdoor dining set and loungers.



Sleeping 10 comfortably, this townhome offers 2 large, beautifully decorated king bedrooms. The upstairs king bedroom offers a 50" Smart TV, while the downstairs king bedroom includes a 40" Smart TV. The kids, or the young at heart, are sure to love the Little Mermaid and Star Wars themed bedrooms. Both rooms feature twin bunk beds, a double bed and large 40" Smart TVs. There is an additional charge plus tax per day for heating the pool for a townhome.
