Step inside to your cozy, private porch and wash the day off with your favorite beverage on the outdoor seating for two. Devise your day's adventure while cool island breezes lure you further away from reality. The gracious entrance hallway invites you into your inner sanctum, adorned with windows and Dade County Pine walls and offers access to the two bedrooms and bathroom. Kick off your sandals and head down the inviting hallway to the living room and kitchen areas, perfectly proportioned for entertaining with loved ones. Nestle down on the plush modern couch or matching cushioned chairs for a date with your favorite movie on your large wall-mounted flat screen tv. Satisfy your culinary desires in the sleek and contemporary kitchen that offers an electric cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and stainless steel refrigerator. A wall of glass sliders opens to your backyard outdoor oasis and welcomes island sunshine inside.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
When you've expended your fun and frivolity on our sultry island, sink down in bedded bliss in one of the two bedrooms. The king bedroom delights with Dade County pine walls, bedside lamps and end tables. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, bedside lamps and tables, with a flat screen tv sitting on top of a clothing dresser, and a closet for hanging clothes. The shared bathroom is a shower/tub combination with a single sink and storage cabinet underneath. Both bedrooms and bath reside on the main level.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Quench your tropical cravings as you feast your eyes on the backyard which features an expansive covered patio and deep blue in-ground pool which comes heated in the winter months. Dine al fresco at your table for 6 with the assistance of a large gas grill for your fresh catch! Star gaze on the outdoor couch and seating area after or enjoy an evening swim surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and a waterfall feature that will soothe your senses in this cozy slice of paradise. A washer/dryer closet can be accessed from the outside area.

PETS...
Pets are considered at this home. Please either inquire prior to booking, or make sure to check the box that you are bringing a pet when booking, AND include size, breed, and age of the pet in Comments/Special Requests.

BOOKING DATES...
This home is only available as a monthly rental (28 night minimum). We prefer to book by the calendar month (first day of the month to the last). We may consider alternate dates if the calendar allows or if the owner will make an exception.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

CANCELLATION...
Bookings canceled at least 90 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations inside of 90 days may receive a refund if we are able to re-rent any or all of the dates of the stay. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation. For multi-month reservations for January through March, a refund will only be offered in the event we are able to re-rent. The refund amount is dependent upon the rate of the new reservation(s).
