THE SPACE
Elandra holiday home has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The newly renovated kitchen is the hub of the home, centrally spaced nearby the dining and living areas with a Smart TV. Please note there is no access to the master bedroom, ensuite or garage. These will be locked.
Sit and relax in the solar heated pool and watch the TV around the pool area with a beautiful fountain attached.
Enjoy a glass of wine by the electric fireplace situated in the living area, which will be sure to keep you warm during the winter period.
With a beautiful and great entertaining outdoor area with BBQ and outdoor seating area you have the choice to dine and enjoy allowing you to soak in the sunshine all year round with others. Also equipped with an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water, you are sure to enjoy your time at Elandra.

You will think you could be in a tropical location when you relax with a solar heated swimming pool (Note - the temperature of pool cannot be guaranteed - it is subject to the amount of sunlight).
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.
