Villa Sunshine is a 2 Bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo located in south Old Town Scottsdale. Close to everything you need and multiple events. Tastefully decorated! Both bedrooms are on the 2nd level and include a King and a Queen bed. The Queen bedroom offers a TV. Between the bedrooms is a shared full bath. Downstairs is a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room with TV, powder room and patio with comfy seating. ***Please note the Televisions are streaming only; so you can log in to your favorite streaming service.

You will find a community pool (not heated in the winter) just around the corner of the building. 1 reserved covered parking spot and other uncovered guest parking spots.

All linens, bath & pool towels provided; free WIFI.

***1 dog allowed with pet cleaning fee. Sorry, NO CATS. A "Pet Fee" will be added to your booking when reserving online. Pet Fees are non-refundable and are not to cover any damages, extra cleaning or picking up your dogs poop.

***The swimming pool is not heated in the winter.

Nice Condo

Loved the condo and the location. It was a peaceful and quiet complex. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed in the condo. Future guests will not go wrong to chose this place.

Vacation HOME away from home!

Our family needed a place for a while as we made AZ our new home and our stay at this property was an oasis in historical Old Town Scottsdale. The property all the way to the pool was always clean and inviting. The stay itself was spacious, comfortable and accommodating with lots of great amenities. The host was very quick to respond and all were very helpful with any questions or concerns.

I was not happy with Justin, the manager of the place he was rude

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience was terrible. I even left the property four days before my check out. I had so many cockroach all over the house Justine the manager was very rude to me I bought from my sister house cleaning supplies and I asked them to bring cleaning supplies over so Justin went to buy the cleaning supply and then when I return to my sister the cleaning supply that she gave it to me he wrote it down to me a very nasty message telling me wow, I can’t believe you took all the cleaning supply when I contact customer service to give me the money back for those days that I checked out early because of my emergency they refuse that ! So it’s really sure that the customer service not great there. Not recommend to anyone to stay there . Outside, they have a tiny, Pool not fun a very boring area and also was very hard to pick up all the luggage to the second floor

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I book with you guys at the first time because I thought the costumer Servise are good, but then when I message you guys regarding my emergency you guys greedy people, and did not want to refund me my money in my date I am not staying at the property! Also, I’m having a lot of cockroach 🪳 at this property! And the shower is terrible I tell Justin the manager that it’s annoying that the water is barely come out ! Anyway not recommend!!!! Only because of the policy you guys having

Great getaway in Villa Sunshine

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although the weather was rather chilly for the end of February and early March, we really enjoyed our winter getaway in Scottsdale. The condo was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was furnished with plenty of flatware, pots and pans, and lots of bowls and cooking utensils. I loved having a complete supply of spices and the Keurig coffee maker was an unexpected bonus. Staying for 3 weeks we made use of the washer and dryer too. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We seldom used the courtyard due to the chilly weather but it was cozy when we were able to enjoy it. The community is on a very quiet street with little traffic. We look forward to another getaway to Villa Sunshine in the future. If you love seafood you should try the happy hour at The Salt Cellar. Get there early!
