Condo includes 1 parking spot. Rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the off season, Cable in winter mode(Nov thru March)TVs are streaming, Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.
