Our two cozy bedrooms have been thoughtfully decorated to ensure they’re the perfect place to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring historic Vista. There’s plenty of storage space for the whole family, and everyone will enjoy stretching out on comfortable beds.

The primary suite offers a cushy king-sized bed, a large flat-screen TV, a full-length mirror, and a closet and dresser to store belongings. With large windows that let in plenty of natural light and a soothing color scheme, it’s a relaxing haven to come home to after a day of exploring.

In the second bedroom, you’ll find two full beds and another closet, offering plenty of space for your family.

The full bathroom is located between the two bedrooms, which makes it convenient for everyone to use. The spacious countertop has room for your things, and you can choose between a relaxing soak in the tub or a refreshing shower. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and essential toiletries for your convenience.

You’ll be greeted by the main living room when you first step through the front door. This cozy indoor living space provides you with a large, plump sectional sofa and inviting armchair. Choose your favorite spot and enjoy watching your favorite program on the 55” Roku-enabled HDTV mounted on the wall. Or, choose a puzzle or game to enjoy with the whole family.

Next to the window, you’ll find a desk that anyone who needs to get some work done during their stay can use. Step through to the open-concept kitchen and dining area and be amazed by the gorgeous natural light bathing the entire space. The dining table can comfortably seat four and is the ideal spot for family meals, whether you cook your own or order from one of the many great restaurants nearby!

Whether making a quick cup of coffee or whipping up a gourmet meal, our kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including stainless steel appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils. There’s even a drip coffee maker, so you’ll be able to start every morning off right with a dose of caffeine.

If you need to get laundry done, you can do so easily thanks to the washer and dryer in the home. We’ve also provided your pet with a food and water dish, so you don’t have to worry about lugging your own.

Our guests will have access to the entire house, including two cozy bedrooms, a spacious lounge, kitchen, dining area, and a private outdoor patio. The entire property is spread across a single level, making it the ideal vacation home for families with little ones. We also welcome four-legged family members!

Free wifi is available throughout the home, and for your convenience, you’ll find a washing machine and tumble dryer to take care of any laundry needs. Parking at the property is a breeze, with plenty of space on the driveway and additional street parking nearby.

Located just seven miles inland from the Pacific Ocean in northern San Diego County, the City of Vista has a perfect mild Mediterranean climate.
Downtown Vista is experiencing a major transformation! It has new cool hip restaurants, popular local breweries, coffee shops, art, all of which completely revamp the look and feel of our downtown area. It has a vibrant, artistic, pedestrian and pet-friendly atmosphere.

➤ If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking

➤ Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud.

➤ No parties or events allowed

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid ID that matches their credit card information

➤ Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival.

➤ Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

➤ NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

➤ There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

➤ Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

➤ We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card the day before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled

➤ We would like to inform you that a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform's cancellation policy.

➤ Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

➤ As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property

➤ The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit (or through Airbnb resolutions)

➤ Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
● No more than two animals
● Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets (doggy doo-doo bags are provided)
● Do not leave your pet home alone unless crated

➤ Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos

➤ For your security and protection the property is equipped with an exterior camera

➤ Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week
