If you’re mixing business with pleasure in Marco Island, use the laptop-friendly work desk as a place to check emails, and stay connected.

The living room is complete with locally inspired artwork, stylish beach décor, soft accent pillows, soft lighting, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer an unobstructed view of the balcony and the ocean beyond.

The recently renovated master suite features a King size bed, vinyl plank flooring, and soft color tones that mirror the natural elements of the ocean. Details like beach-inspired décor, a handcrafted dresser, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and high-end linens make this a comfortable place to unwind. The master bathroom is a crisp and clean space with a mirrored vanity, plenty of storage, and a spacious tub/shower combo with rain shower features and frosted sliding glass doors.

Outside, a private and shady terrace overlooks the water and creates the perfect setting for a healthy breakfast by the water. An outdoor dining area provides seating for four and unbeatable ocean views. Bring your laptop out here, sit back in a sun lounger, connect to the free Wi-Fi, and get some work done, or bring a cocktail and favorite book out to the patio and slip into vacation mode.

As a guest here you have access to the entire condo, as well as all of the community amenities.
